In 2018, Sophie Nash was renting a room at a small massage therapy clinic in Mawson Lakes and dreaming about running her own business one day.

After a quick assessment chat about my activity and pain levels, she discreetly left the room for me to get settled on the comfortable table before undergoing the massage. A basket was provided for me to put my outer garments in and I was offered a selection of hair ties and clips to keep my unruly locks away from the massage oil.

The room was comfortable and clean with soothing music and a subtle scent coming from a diffuser. The experience was both calming and energising and Sophie checked in with me often to ensure I was
comfortable with the temperature and pressure levels. Sophie truly is a healer. Her intuition and expert touch quickly sought out my problem areas and melted away the stresses produced by a difficult year. I was given post-massage care advice and a glass of water and then I floated out of there feeling truly blissful.
