Over the years, our DFW Real Producers event structure has changed. A few things, however, have and will always remain the same. For example, who gets invited and has access to our events. Our events are only for the Top 500 Producing Agents and our Real Producers Vetted Business Partners. Top 500 Agents can invite the agents on their team to join them at these events, if they want to. The businesses that partner with us have been vetted by the top agents, and the Real Producers Team, to ensure they are of the highest quality; these businesses are the ones that invest in our community and truly make this platform possible. For those reasons, we do not give access to outside businesses to our events. Keeping the integrity of what this community is remains very important to us, which is a community of the best-of-the-best that honors and respects one another.
When Real Producers started, we did four events a year per magazine. These events were always high-level
social events, and they were awesome. After a couple of years, I felt that, in my opinion, they were a little too rinse and repeat, and I wanted to add some variety to the mix. As we expanded from one publication to four, it has allowed us to create an exciting event structure that you won’t find in any other Real Producers community around the country. Now we increased the number of events that we do each year, and we have five different types of events:
1) Social Events
2) Magazine Celebration Events (only for those featured in the magazines and select businesses) 3)
RP Vetted Business Socials (only for our partners) 4) Masterclass Events (Educational events with networking)
5) The ESPE Awards (our Black-Tie Awards Gala in November).
Some events are specific to each publication (ex: North Dallas Real Producers Top 500 Agents and RP Vetted Businesses only) and some of them are shared events where we invite the
Top 500 Agents in all four publications and the businesses that partner in any of the four publications.
We, and everyone we have talked to, are very excited about these new event structures. Being in these rooms is so special. The agents who registered for our Masterclass Event that we had in February had collectively produced over $2 billion and 6,000 units in 2022 alone. It truly is rare and an honor for us to be able to host these events for you all. From everyone on our DFW Real Producers Team, we thank you for your continued support and for making Real Producers the number one real estate community in DFW. Keep an eye out for your invitation to the next event!
See you soon,
Jordan Espeseth DFW Real Producers Ownerjordan.espeseth@n2co.com

In the race to serve your clients’ needs and to get them to the closing table and beyond, they look to you … to your record of experience and expertise.
The truth is you provide a vital advantage for them … supporting their desires and helping them find their way forward.
Dillon Dewald is powered by that same responsibility, as well.
As Broker Associate with League Real Estate, Dillon provides those around him with a real edge for their future.
“I love being able to provide knowledge and data outside of what people are able to do on their own. There’s a lot of resources online and people try to mimic the expertise. I enjoy bringing a deeper, more sound level of exper-
“I’m very detailed and thorough. In my analytical approach, I’m able to give all types of data points. Clients realize that I’m giving them information that they need to know for their transaction.”
Dillon grew up around real estate. That influence stayed with Dillon as he carved out a path of success for himself.
“Both of my grandfathers were developers in Central Texas. I studied Accounting and Finance in college and got my CPA license shortly after graduation. I began my career in public accounting and then worked in the Oil & Gas industry for a few years before transitioning to a role as a transaction advisor,” Dillon says.
“In my role in transaction advisory, I was helping people with the purchase and sale of companies. During that, a lot of what I worked with were lower middle market companies. I loved that part of the advising … working with business owners … hearing their stories and how they grew their companies and now they were getting ready to sell it.”
Dillon enjoyed the relational side of his work in helping them get their company ready to sell. As part of that, he had to travel all over the country.
“I loved being an advisor for my clients, however I really wanted to do something in Fort Worth. The one thing I didn’t like was going all over and not feel ing part of my community. So, I got my real estate license in 2019. I got it initially thinking I wanted to do it for investment properties,” Dillon says.
“I did that for a year and a half. I stepped into it part-time and really enjoyed getting to do similar types of due diligence. I realized that my skillset in the corporate world was transferrable to my com munity and could be used much more relationally as a realtor, a trusted advisor.”
Driven by What Matters Most
Dillon is driven in what he does each day by being a father of four.
“That’s really what does it for me,” he says with a smile.
“It means a lot to me being able to have flexibility and being able to provide for them. I love helping families that have kids and helping with that transition in their lives.”
The record of results that Dillon has created through time has been remarkable. In fact, in three and a half years, he has recorded 100 transactions representing $40 million in sales volume.
On top of all of that, Dillon also completed his MBA program at TCU — the culmination of two years of sustained effort.
Enriching Life Family makes life much richer for Dillon. He treasures time with his wife of 13 years, Erin, and their children — 10-year-old son, Jack; 9-year-old son, Hunter; 7-year-old daughter, Greer; and 4-year-old daughter, Sloane.
In his free time, Dillon enjoys supporting his children in their sports and activities. In addition, they have family land near Austin that they enjoy spending time at. In general, they love spending time together outdoors.
When it comes to giving back, Dillon likes to support several organizations, including Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, Union Gospel Mission in Fort Worth and Fort Worth Pregnancy Center. They also enjoy staying active in their church — Watermark Church of Fort Worth.
In a world where every advantage can make the difference between dreams pondered and dreams realized, Dillon Dewald definitely helps his clients find their way home to the next rewarding chapter in their lives.
Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 100 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. Real Producers first launched in DFW in August 2018 with North DFW Real Producers (now called “North Dallas”). In May 2019, Dallas Real Producers launched, and then Tarrant Real Producers in March 2021.
In 2022, Tarrant Real Producers split into two publications, North Fort Worth and Fort Worth Real Producers Fort Worth Real Producers launched in August 2022!
A: The top 500 real estate agents in each of the four markets in DFW, based on their annual residential sales production for the previous year, as recorded on the MLS. Refer to the map in this publication for the exact territories. If your broker address is within that given territory, and you are in the top 500, you will receive that publication for the year. There are approximately 60,000 licensed real estate agents in DFW. The list will reset at the end of every year and continue to update annually.
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate.
We take the top 500 real estate agents and RP Vetted Businesses in every market, and we build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, market trends, and upcoming events
— really, anything that will connect, inform, and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
It is important to note that Real Producers is not a brag book. To be in the top 1-2% in your field takes a lot of grit, passion, hard work, trials, tribulations, and a strong “why” to keep pushing on. Real Producers is about sharing and honoring those stories and humanizing you and your peers to create a culture of honor and collaboration that propels us all to the next level.
A: Yes! Each year we have several events. Some are specific to each territory, and some are shared events for all four DFW Real Producers markets. We have several different types of events, such as magazine celebration events, partners-only events, social events, mastermind/ educational style events, and of course, the annual black-tie awards gala called The ESPE Awards. For these events, we invite the top 500 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. Top 500 agents are allowed to invite members of their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best of the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connections made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
A: It’s really simple. You have to be on the top 500 list, and we take nominations seriously. You can nominate other real estate agents, businesses, brokers, owners, or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the top 500 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need your help to learn about them. We cannot guarantee a feature, but we encourage you to meet with one of our team members, support Real Producers and attend our private events to increase your chances.
You can email your nominations to jordan.espeseth@n2co.com.
Q: WHAT DOES IT COST A REAL ESTATE AGENT/TEAM TO BE FEATURED?
A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. It costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-toplay model. We share real stories of Real Producers.
Q: WHO ARE THE RP-VETTED BUSINESSES?
A: They are one of the best businesses in DFW in their category, and you can find them listed in our index! We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One of many of the top real estate agents has recommended every single business you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that has not been vetted by one of you and “stamped for approval,” in a sense. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but for the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together. When you meet one of them, be sure to thank them for their continued support and for investing in you and your growth.
Q: HOW CAN I RECOMMEND
A: If you know and want to recommend a business that works with top real estate agents, please email us to let us know at jordan.espeseth@n2co.com.
Starting in 2021, Real Producers started doing mini-magazine release parties! In attendance for these events, we will have those real estate agents and businesses that were featured in that issue, along with a few nonfeatured advertising partners.
Last month’s party, like all of our parties, was an absolute blast! At this event, we showcased the January through March 2023 issues. These events are such a fun way to debut the magazine and con

We all know that selflessness is one of the hallmarks of true leadership. And one of the powerful ways that plays out is by connecting others with opportunity.
That’s an area where Lauren Pulido definitely excels. In turn, she has grown her presence in the industry and DFW through time.
A big reason for that is her passion for helping others as VP of Business Development and Recruitment at Capital Title.
“I really thrive on being the person who connects agents and affiliates. I enjoy connecting, networking, and ultimately helping people grow in their own business,” Lauren explains.
“I enjoy growing together … seeing the fruits of our labor. Some of the agents I started working with ten years ago have become Top Producers in the area. Some have become Brokers, which have given me the opportunity to also work with their Agents.”
Lauren first got her start in the business about a decade ago, working in commercial real estate at a boutique firm. From there, she expanded her experience in real estate.
“When I spoke with my mentor, I told him I wanted to continue expanding my knowledge of commercial real estate and dive into the residential side of the business as well. He connected me with the Vice President of Business Development for the commercial division of a local title company,” she recalls.
After starting out primarily marketing Fort Worth and Tarrant County,
Lauren was promoted to marketing all of DFW. She has remained a Top Producer since the second year of being in title insurance sales.
In the past, Lauren has worked for two smaller boutique title insurance companies until four years ago when she was recruited to Capital Title.
“It was a promotion for me coming here. My business has doubled since,” she explains.
Lauren’s passion for her work with Capital Title comes through clearly.
“We have a lot of support at Capital Title, not only for our employees, but also for the clients we work with. We have attorneys on staff, multiple tools and resources, marketing materials, as well as experienced escrow officers who are always willing to go above and beyond,” she points out.
“My assistant and I are always eager and happy to help our clients. I like seeing the growth of others and to know I was part of it … seeing how much value we can add. Being an independent title company, we have a big footprint, yet we aren’t so big that we forget names. That’s one of the main reasons I chose Capital Title. Our Owner, Bill Shaddock, owns his own underwriting company and that also helps us serve our agents seamlessly in the transaction. Plus, we are available and committed to helping people when they need us on the weekends and after business hours.”
Wonderful World Family is a central part of Lauren’s success through time, including her parents and her three older sisters. One of the lessons she learned watching her parents was entrepreneurship.
“My mother was a flight attendant and real estate agent. She did very well in real estate, and she is the reason I chose to get into the real estate industry. She passed when I was ten, but she left me a lot of great lessons in life,” Lauren says.
“My father was an entrepreneur and a well-known restauranteur in Fort Worth. Prior to his passing in November 2021, he was always very involved with everything I did. As part of that, he came and supported me at most of my work events that I hosted. My love of sales comes from both of them. They were both very hard workers and worked as long as they could until they passed. I get that from them.”
We are very hands-on, and we want to simplify the process as much as possible. We work to put everyone on the listing side and buying side at ease to ensure a smooth transaction. Our team does everything they can to ensure a smooth closing for everyone.”
In her free time, Lauren has a passion for cooking, working out, traveling, and anything social.
“I enjoy live music, rodeo season, and golf season … I get paid to network,” she says with a smile. “I thoroughly enjoy it. Plus, I have two dogs who are my babies.”
Committed Resource
Those who work with Lauren appreciate her commitment to them and their goals. Along the way, her dedication to providing top-notch partnerships is evident through her marketing efforts.
“We are very hands-on, and we want to simplify the process as much as possible. We work to put everyone on the listing side and buying side at ease to ensure a smooth transaction. Our team does everything they can to ensure a smooth closing for everyone,” she points out.
“It means a lot to me when I receive positive feedback about the great experience that people have when they close at Capital Title. We’re here to help our partners build up their business. I really strive for clients to feel like friends and call us, myself and our closer, as well as our attorneys.”
As a Top Producer with Capital Title, Lauren achieves rewarding results by helping those around her move further forward toward their own goals.

Most of the good things in the world don’t magically happen by themselves.
Behind most of the progress in the world is the result of people having a vision and then applying their willingness and drive to make it all happen.
Maribel Saldivar, MBA is a prime example of that truth.
As Broker/Owner of Universal Realty Texas, Maribel uses each day to carry out her mission to make an impact in the lives of those around her.
Thriving in a New Place Maribel is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico and moved to Texas with her family when she was five years old.
“When we moved to Texas, my parents were in their mid-40s. They didn’t know the language, but they took a leap of faith and trusted a real estate agent who was honest with them,” Maribel explains.
“That’s one of my whys to help people the way my parents were helped. I like to serve the Latino and Hispanic portion of the market. I want to be someone who helps them in the same way my parents were helped. That’s one of my missions in life.”
As Maribel came of age, she grew up in Fort Worth, and then went on to earn her undergrad degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. Later, she earned her MBA in Marketing from the University of Dallas.
At the time, Maribel saw herself going into corporate America.
“I never saw myself as an entrepreneur. So after graduation, I worked with Nokia,” she recalls. “I loved the people, company, and what I did. I was traveling a lot. However, when my daughter was born, I quickly realized that travel wasn’t an option. So, I looked for something flexible.”
Maribel had a friend in real estate who was looking for someone who spoke Spanish. She earned her license in 2001, and she tested the waters, doing real estate parttime for a year.
“I wanted to learn what it was and see if I liked it. After the first year, I realized I enjoyed it and I got to the point where I made that transition,” Maribel says. “I worked for RE/MAX and then got my Broker’s license and established my brokerage in 2004.”
One of the parts of Maribel’s work each day that is the most fulfilling to her is variety.
“That’s one of the best parts of it for me … you never have the same day twice,” she says. “There are always new challenges, different client needs, and markets. You have to think outside the box and be creative.”
The results of Maribel’s efforts have been remarkable. In fact, in 2022, she recorded 78 transactions.
She is a leading part of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). She ranks number one in Fort Worth, number 25 in Texas, and number 114 nationwide among Hispanic REALTORS®.
Maribel finds fulfillment in life through her family. She treasures time with her 23-year-old daughter, Andrea.
In her free time, Maribel looks forward to time with her puppy, Biscuit. She also enjoys exercising, meditation, and eating vegetarian. Other favorites include traveling, Latin dancing, and staying very active.
“In general, my approach to life is that I try to align my activities each day to what gives me the greatest joy,” she says with a smile.
It’s clear when you talk with Maribel that she has a special level of resilience … overcoming challenges to tap into her potential. It’s a characteristic that she applies in the lives of those she works with.
“My market focus is mainly first-time homebuyers. I have a lot of buyers who come to me who have been declined or who had a bad experience. They come to me, and I tell them that I won’t tell you no,” Maribel explains.
“I may say that right now at this moment you may need to work on a few things. Everyone who walks through our door will be helped in the exact same way. We’ve helped so many people in situations where they never thought they would be a homeowner.”
As Maribel looks to the future, she is proud to move forward and help others with her team of seven.
“We build a strong level of trust with our clients,” she says with a smile. “They know that we are here to help them achieve their goals.”
Congratulations to Maribel Saldivar for the difference she helps to make in the world around her … each day serving the best interests of her clients, team members, and community … with her mission to make a positive impact.
I have a lot of buyers who come to me who have been declined or who had a bad experience. They come to me, and I tell them that I won’t tell you no.
The spark needed to produce a dynamic chain reaction of events isn’t limited to experiments in the chemistry lab.
Jonathan Bell provides an important boost for those around him, fueling their progress, as well.
As Owner and Investment Advisor with Bell Realty Company, Jonathan is definitely a creative catalyst for results with his commercial and investment clients.
“I love being part of the day-to-day and long-term success that my clients experience,” Jonathan emphasizes.
“It’s a privilege to serve my clients and be a part of their real estate business, whether it’s in portfolio analysis, problem solving, or investment planning. For example, many clients need to reevaluate and restructure their portfolios to align with their goals. Crafting an effective strategy for each client is challenging in this market, yet it has led us to discover exciting new investment opportunities. Every client has different objectives and risk tolerances that need to be considered when forming a suitable investment plan.”
Jonathan was born in Los Angeles, moving to Texas when he was a child. Along the way, real estate was something that captured his imagination through time.
When he was 19 years old, he started working at a bank, becom ing a Licensed Banker. Through time, he had the opportunity to pursue different paths in various departments like management, mortgage banking, investments, and business banking.
“I chose business banking because the complexity of the clients’ needs appealed to me,” he says.
“As a Commercial Relationship Manager, I learned how to under write different businesses and indus tries. Developing a proficiency in financial statements and tax returns has been a critical skill when working with commercial and investment real estate.”
The solutions Jonathan has the chance to craft and put into practice on behalf of his clients drive him.
“I’m excited to help my clients find solutions to meet their investment goals. It’s fun and exciting to adapt to market conditions,” Jonathan says. “There’s opportunity everywhere. After seven years, I still get a dopamine rush every time I find the next property or strategy to present to a client.”
Away from work, family is at the heart of life for Jonathan.
He treasures time with his wife, Lizzet, and their children — 5-year-old daughter, Elizabeth; and 1-year-old son, Luke. He is beyond proud of his wife’s thriving staging business that she launched in 2021.
As Jonathan reflects on his own career, he shares helpful tips with others who are looking to move forward with their careers in investment real estate representation.
“Understanding your clients’ needs and path to success is required to identify areas of opportunity in their real estate investing business. Agents who accustom themselves to adding value will retain more business and have a distinct advantage over their competition.
“I will make extra calls, take meetings with CPAs, Bankers, Attorneys, Architects, etc. if it can add value to a client’s business or real estate project. Consistently pushing for value shows the client we are working with them to accomplish their investment goals. The client’s success is my success, there is no other way to operate.”
With sincere trustworthiness, expertise, and integrity, Jonathan is the spark needed to help the dreams of others come true.
As he looks to the future, Jonathan is proud to be collaborating with Andrew Patterson and team.
“We are focusing on development opportunities and larger investment client needs. With Patterson, it’s now possible to execute at a higher level than ever before,” he says with a smile.
Day-by-day, Jonathan Bell invests himself in the needs and challenges that his clients face. As a result, he is a creative catalyst for them to achieve new results.

If you remember some of the basic principles of science that you learned about in school, you know that one of the most powerful elements in the world is momentum.
That’s a power that Cassandra Spann possesses.
As a REALTOR® with League Real Estate, Cassandra brings a rare blend of energy and engagement to her work.
“I speak my mind and am brutally honest sometimes. It’s important to treat all clients equally,” Cassandra
On the Move
Cassandra was born in Fort Worth and was raised in Spain until 7th grade. Her dad was in the military.
After moving back to the U.S. and coming of age, Cassandra got married and started her family after becoming pregnant in the 1990s with twins.
“I had a rare condition in the 1990s where my twins were small and born premature, both under two pounds when they were born, and had to stay in the hospital for three months,” she recalls.
“In time, we decided to move.”
Opening a New Door
During the process of their move, Cassandra and her family worked with a REALTOR® who did a topnotch job. In the process, she worked at a bank at the time, but she thought real estate might be a great direction for her to take forward.
Cassandra started her adventure in the business in 2001.
As she worked her way through the transition of being a new agent, she dedicated herself to a lot of hours. All of her hard work paid off, though. She earned Rookie of the Year honors.
“I learned you can create your own schedule, but you still need a schedule. People with too much time on their hands fail in the business,” she says. “After my divorce, I seriously started working. She also served as Productivity Coach on ALC at Keller Williams.”
Passion for the Profession
One of Cassandra’s favorite parts of her work, is the teamwork she enjoys with those around her, including her brother, Michael Gonzalez.
Cassandra invests herself in the goals of her clients … treating their needs like they are hers.
“I love the process of negotiating. I’m a shark when it comes to that,” she says with a smile.
“When you’re at the closing table, the emotions you experience are unforgettable. One of my clients started crying, and we all started crying. That was so rewarding.”

WHEN YOU’RE AT THE CLOSING TABLE, THE EMOTIONS YOU EXPERIENCE ARE UNFORGETTABLE. ONE OF MY CLIENTS STARTED CRYING, AND WE ALL STARTED CRYING. THAT WAS SO REWARDING.
For the first time in DFW Real Producers history, we hosted an education-style event, and it was a huge success! As mentioned in the Publisher’s Note, we have changed our event structures over the years, and this type of event is one everyone has been waiting for. We had 300 amazing people in attendance. Collectively, the agents who registered for this event did over $2 billion and 6,000 units in 2022 alone. Wild!
Our speaker was John Israel, AKA Mr. Thank You, who gave a powerful message on The Art of Human Connection and what he learned from his one-year social experiment. John tasked himself with writing five thank you cards a day, every day, for 365 days. This experiment radically changed John’s life. Everything from his perspective and outlook on life, to the growth in his career/business including his own TEDx Talk, and his work now impacting millions of people around the world.
After John’s message, we had time to network and connect with the best agents and
businesses who attended. We heard nothing but raving reviews about this event, and we cannot wait for our next one in June. We are extremely excited to announce who the next speaker will be…soon!
Thanks again to everyone who attended and especially to the
businesses that went above and beyond to sponsor this event.
