Ice Golf 2022 - Chilling! Bob Gettis, Ice Golf Architect Mary Gettis logged in 98 golfers of all ages, ice golf experience and balance ability!

Steve Pace and Jim Thornton were on course Marshals and kept the play moving and more than 1 group played the course twice. One trooper gave his tee shot a little extra on #9 and did a tumble but was able to brush it off. Thankfully, no injuries reported. Tom Travia’s (a participant in the Ice Golf Inaugural) tee shot on number 7 was reported to travel just past the 7th pin and all the way to Ellis Island! Tom, time to switch to decaf! We reenacted a scene from Ancient Winter Golf again this year as pictured (right) and thank Andrew and the Maintenance Team for plowing the fairways and setting up the fire pit.

We really appreciate the turnout in what has become a tradition in Locust Lake Village. Next year will be our 10th Year and we are already planning for a challenging and fun day of Ice Golf. We’ll plan on seeing you there!
