Looking for ways to help us but short on cash? There are many ways to support our work without spending a penny. 1. Donate your time Would you be able to help by picking up, sorting out and delivering donations or doing some gardening at a refuge? Alternatively, if you’re a hairdresser or a beautician then you could donate your time by giving the residents at a refuge a treat! If you have the time and would like to share your unique skills with us, then we would love to hear from you! 2. Donate your voice You could use your voice to support us! If you would be willing to talk to friends and family about domestic abuse then join our Ask Me ambassador training programme. 3. Donate your network You could use your social media networks to help us raise our social media presence! Engage with us on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook and help us raise awareness by having conversations about domestic abuse.

6. Donate while you shop If you do your online shopping via GiveAsYouLive.com then every time you make a purchase on certain brands (such as Amazon) we will receive a donation! Just choose Stop Domestic Abuse as your charity partner. Whichever way you choose to support us, we would love to hear from you! To get involved, get in touch with us by contacting info@stopdomesticabuse.uk. We greatly appreciate your assistance and, whichever way you choose to help, it will really brighten the life of someone who has been affected by domestic abuse.
Thank you!

4. Donate your celebration You could use an upcoming event or occasion to help us! Run a raffle at a special event. Is your birthday soon? Ask friends to donate instead of buying gifts! Or perhaps for Christmas you could skip all the shopping and make a donation in your loved one’s honour!
5. Donate your goods You could donate home items, children’s toys, or clothes! Donations are really welcome, however, due to COVID-19 we continue to be restricted by what we can accept so currently we can only take new/unused items. If you are unsure about what to donate, then please get in touch and ask us.
