Healing with Herbs
Having balance within our aura and energetic body is essential to our own well-being. Did you know that we have flowing energy fields that pulsate around us as an illuminating light body? This energy connects and works with our human form by moving through focused coils of energy that spiral within us.

Healing our chakras is important for the energy of our illuminating light body. The chakras interact with the Earth body’s system by nourishing it with good energy and allowing the removal of unwelcomed energy. It is crucial for us to positively nurture our chakras to prevent “dis-ease” within the body. There are plants associated with each energy spiral. These herbs can be used to open and balance the chakras and physical body. The three chakras below the heart are linked to the Earth body and the three chakras above the heart are associated with the spiritual nature. Let us feel the magic when each energetic center is opened with plant spirits and the medicine they provide. The root chakra is referred to as the base chakra or Muladhara. This is our grounding chakra that is
directly rooted to the Earth element. When we are fully grounded, we are one with the Earth’s vibration. We dance to the tune of her heart and never miss a beat. The Muladhara is associated with karma and recycling the energy to omit toxic waste. It has the power to transmute negative energy into light before releasing it to the Earth. If this chakra is blocked, we cannot let go of what we are ready and want to release. Since the root chakra is directly linked to the Earth, the herb that would be Muladhara opening would be an earthy element as well. I love to use Patchouli for this healing process. As a dried herb, it smells like the purest oil and instantly grounds you into the Earth. It allows us to feel the roots move through our legs and down to our feet, grounding you to the energy
