I feel water through my senses as I experience it in its variety of forms. It is my healer on difficult days and my energizer as I spend time in Nature connecting with lakes, streams, and waterfalls. Most recently I have been making requests to the Water Elementals, and the Fire Elementals, for balance with the many wildfires that are raging in my home state of
Colorado. They responded to my humble request by gifting us with 12 inches of heavy wet snow in the mountains slowing the 100,000 acre Cameron Fire significantly. even say they hold the molecules that create the element of water together. Our bodies and cells consist of over 70% water, so we are walking around with millions of Undines in our bodies every day. When I have asked about our relationship with the Water Elementals, besides the obvious needs provided for our physical health, I received this guidance.

I have spoken to the Elementals of Water many times in meditation. I was born in the astrology water sign of Cancer and also have Cancer as my moon and rising signs. The sign of Cancer and Element of Water are also ruled by the moon, so we have that in common too.
