Honesty
The Angels tell us: Honesty is a reflection of self-worth. The deeper we go into self-examination, and the more courageous we can be with what we see, the more energy and love is available to us. Honesty is the foundation of love. When we are able to look at ourselves and others through the
lens of spiritual vs egoic honesty, it gives us a glimpse into the unity of all consciousness and beings. Why is it scary to be honest? Because we have spent a lifetime building up walls against ourselves and others based on how our truth has been received. If we experienced acceptance and curiosity for the opinions

and behaviors we expressed, it is much easier to be honest and truthful in our communication. If, however, we were shamed, guilted, or rejected for our truth, then we learned early on to hide ourselves. We likely altered our narrative and behaviors to adapt to what was acceptable to others.

During this time in our lives, many of us now have the opportunity to reflect on our lives in a way we may not have in the past. I am excited to share with you the Angels’ wisdom on the topic of honesty. What it is, why we struggle with it, and how to heal the wounds we have been carrying, which have contributed to us not being our authentic selves.
