The Mondesa community was shocked on Saturday, after the lifeless body of a 5-6-months-old baby girl was discovered in a solid waste container, in the area of Makiti Bar. According to Deputy Commissioner Ottilie Kashupuulwa, the baby was found by kids playing near the garbage skip on Saturday morning, whereafter the police was alerted. She noted that the body was wrapped in a cloth and afterwards put in two grocery bags. The cause of death are still to be determined and nobody was arrested by yesterday afternoon.
