CrossFit takes it to another level CrossFit can be depicted as “the sport of fitness”. It is a training philosophy that trains people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an effective and encouraging environment. Unlike gyms, they do not offer any use of elliptical trainers, treadmills, weigh machines, just to mention a few, whereas they encourage their clients that “our own bodies are the machines”. CrossFit helps build strength and conditioning between the ages of 14 & 18 specifically on extremely high varieties of workouts. A Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. different part is being tested each day, to see the Skeleton Coast CrossFit is registered and capability of the body offered by a training integrated with Cross Fit Headquarters in the program. Classes are applicable to people USA, and recognized as a legitimate and
qualified CrossFit faculty. All coaches have a Crossfit Trainers Certificate issued by Crossfit HQ which makes them legally and legitimately trainers. “The CrossFit Open competition is the first qualifying stage of the CrossFit Games. The purpose of the Open is to find the fittest athletes in each region. It's also an opportunity for any athlete at any level to participate in the competition, adding meaning and purpose to our CrossFit athletes training, while also bringing our gym members closer together. For the next 4 weeks we will have a competition every Saturday at 9am at our faculty”, explains Gwen Swart, Crossfit level 1 trainer.
