Idħan it-tamal fil-food processor. Itfa flimkien l-oats, tamal, lewż u sultanas u ħawwad u wara itfa il-pumpkin seeds. Ġo kazzola saħħan il-peanut butter u l-għasel sakemm jinħallu u itfa mat-taħlita u ħawwad sew. Poġġi ġo dixx fuq karta forno u poġġi fil-fridge għal xi nofs siegħa. Aqsam f’xi 6 biċċiet.
