Occurring typically four to six weeks following the restaurant soft opening, the Grand Opening Celebration is an opportunity to generate “buzz” in the local community with an event aimed at attracting attention and getting our products into the hands of people who may not have tried it otherwise. This guide will assist you in understanding the essential elements of a Grand Opening Event and walk you through creating your own unique community celebration.
