Football season is upon us and there’s no better time to score on these occasions to help you achieve the following:

How to Execute Watch Parties
Step 1: Get Ready
• Sign up for the NFL Sunday Ticket for full coverage.
• Broadcast games with volume on TV’s (Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays)
• Add décor: football pennants, foam fingers, and team gear.
• Collect swag and order MMP branded giveaways for raffles.
• Prep for spikes in beer, wings and pizza sales.

2: Pick Your Offers
• “Monday Night Madness – Buy a Large Pizza, Get 6 Wings for $2 or 8 Wings for $4.”
• “Touchdown Thursday – 20% Off Dine-In Order with Purchase of 20” Mountain Pizza”

Step 3: Spread the Word
• Put table tents/posters inside your store so every guest sees it.
• Box Toppers to promote “Game Day Headquarters” on every pizza box that goes out the door!

How to execute WATch Parties Out
Step 4: Host the Party
• Assign one “Game Captain” (outgoing Team member) to keep TVs on, volume up, and check on the guests ensuring everyone is having fun.
• Encourage MMP Team to wear their favorite team jersey.
• Snap photos to post later (groups in jerseys, pizzas on tables, families, etc.) to your “approved” Facebook page.
Step 5: Invite Groups
• Reach out to youth football teams, fantasy leagues, and booster clubs:
• “We’d love to host your team at Mountain Mike’s for the game. We’ll reserve a section for you and extend a special offer just for your Team.”
Step 6: Keep It Going
• Track your sales the day after especially wings, beer, and any “deals” .
• If you see a lift, keep the same offers. If not, try adjusting next week.
• The goal is consistency! if guests know you’re the football place, they’ll come back week after week!
