MyDining Help Desk
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For all technical, application, and interface questions or concerns, the help desk should be contacted FIRST.
The help desk will resolve your issue or escalate to the appropriate MyDining team for resolution.
Required information when submitting a ticket: • Facility SAP / Unit # • Contact information to include: - Facility Name - Requester Name - Requester Contact Number - Requester Email - Alternate contact for follow up support • Issue isolated to single user experience or multiple user experience at the business facility level • Duration of Issue • New Issue or Legacy Issue
