VOID
WHEN TO USE: The selected meal tray was not provided to the patient for a variety of reasons (tray dropped, incorrect order). 1. Select Void from the Order Summary. 2. A prompt will appear for the associate to select a reason for the voided order. 3. Utilize the drop down menu to select a pre-programmed reason for a voided order or free text the reason. 4. The nutrients will not count towards the patient’s meal or daily totals. The tray will not count for tracking and financial purposes.
A VOID tray ticket will print if the meal order is voided after the tray ticket has printed.
