Hardware Troubleshooting (On-Site)
ISSUE: Tickets Not Printing • Verify Print Manager is on and active • Check to see if Red Banner is displaying on the Call Center screen • May be out of paper • Old paper roll still in printer • Ensure printer rollers are free of debris • Paper jam in printer • Printer is powered off – Turn on and test, verify power cord is secure • Power Cycle Printer – Turn printer off, wait 30 seconds, turn printer back on • Printer too close to heat source • Verify network cables are plugged in tightly • Contact the MyDining Help Desk: 877-433-2939
