Order Search

Ways to search for a patient’s meal order: • Order Search from the Call Center screen • Patient Search meal box • Order Summary meal box • Order History on the Order screen

Call Center

1. Select Order Search from the Call Center Screen. 2. Utilize the filters to drill down on a specific delivery date, facility, unit, kitchen, meal period, order status, and/or patient. 3. Any main meal or in between meals that have been placed can be viewed from this screen. 4. Click on the meal order to view details.

Patient Search Meal Box

Find the patient in Patient Search.

If the meal box is yellow, red, or green, the Order Summary will display once the specific meal box is selected.

Order Summary Meal Box

If the meal box is yellow, red, or green, the Order Summary will display once the specific meal box is selected.

The date can be adjusted to view any past or future meal orders for the specific patient.

Order History on the Order Screen

Once at the patient’s order screen, select Order History.

The Order Search will display with filters for Delivery Date, Kitchen, Order Status, and Tracking status for the specific patient. Any main meal or in between meals that have been placed can be viewed from the Order History screen.
