Enjoy Tea Party tea and treats as you learn how to host your own Tea Party! Learn how to brew the perfect pot of tea and create a delicious menu for scrumptious savory and sweet treats, as well as how to create a beautiful tea party event through activities and special touches. Probiotic foods can help you stay healthy through cold and flu season and are particularly important if you’ve taken antibiotics. In this class you will learn about why probiotics are an important component for a healthy digestive and immune system. Participants will be sampling probiotic foods like kombucha, dairy Kefir and homemade yogurt.You will learn about different Kefirs (water or dairy) and will have the opportunity to take water Kefir culture home so you can make your own. Class will include instructions, jars and kefir culture. AGE

Women’s Self Defense Class Join us for this realistic self-defense class to provide security and empowerment to feel and be safe! Wisconsin Martial Arts Self-defense applies scientific training methods specialized for the needs of women. This is a short, effective, full force fighting and crime prevention course! This basic course is a 90-minute introductory class. Learn through realistic scenario-based training. Practice full-force physical techniques against a padded assailant.
