From pasture... Farming Our family herd of South Devon’s and other carefully selected breeds of cattle are fed on the rich grassland in the Summer then Wintered on silage in the colder months on our own farms around Huddersfield by our farm staff - who really care.
...to plate Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop is Britain’s first EVER, originally established as a butchers in 1929. Using family skills handed down over four generations we dry-age our beef for maximum flavour and tenderness before our award-winning team butcher the meat for sale in the farm shop along with a vast array of quality local produce.
Hinchliffe’s Restaurant But if you want to stay for a longer visit then we serve our steaks and a mouth watering selection of Modern British dishes all day - for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
