Magic Sands Mobile Home Community MARCH 2026 MANAGER’S CORNER
To all the residents of this great community known as Magic Sands. I know how hard it is to keep your lots maintained and kept in a neat and attractive condition; it takes time, money and hard work. I want to thank all of the residents who take pride in their homes and have the ability and resources to maintain their homes. While we are experiencing this great California weather, I would encourage you to continue to spend time beautifying your lots. Once the rains cease it will be much easier to maintain your lots due to the fact nobody likes to work in the rain, that’s why I am encouraging all the residents of Magic Sands to get as much work done as possible while the weather is good.
Reminder that pets must be on a leash while walking in the park. Pets are not allowed to do their business on other resident’s lot. You must pick up after your pet. Just as you are responsible for your guest, you are responsible for your animal. If your animal is menacing or bites someone the humane society will be notified and your animal will need to be removed from the park. Also you may be sued if your animal bites someone. You must have a Pet Agreement for your animal to live in the park. If we receive complaints about your pet being a Substantial Annoyance your animal will have to leave the park.
I want to talk about rent payments. Rent is always due on the first day of the month. On the 7th of the month a late fee of 6% will be applied to your next month’s rent statement. As a courtesy, if you contact the accounting office 408-479-9563 BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH to let us know that you are going to be late (paying rent after the 7th of the month, we will waive the late fee.

It's that time of year again. You'll sacrifice an hour of sleep in exchange for a few months of extra daylight. Daylight Saving Time officially started at 2 a.m. on Sunday. If you haven't set your clocks forward yet, do it before you return to work on Monday.

St. Patrick's Day means that you better have some green on you, or be prepared to suffer through painful pinches all day long!

Visit your local Church in your area on Good Friday. We all could use some Prayers.
Healthy Eating in March 2019
1. Eat Healthy Foods That You Enjoy

Eat Healthy foods that you enjoy eating, the more you eat those health foods your body will crave for them, if you can satisfy your hunger with healthy choices, your body will start feeling healthier.
2. Home Cooking & Eating out Less

Eating out is, generally speaking, less healthy than dining in. Cooking at home and controlling every ingredient that enters your body is a much safer way to make sure you are getting everything you need (and nothing that you don’t). Practice cooking at home and experiment with different, healthy ingredients. Who knows what food you might end up falling in love with?
3. Keep Moving

Try to choose the right kind of activity for you. Many things in the world today invite us to sit down. Binge-watching Netflix and browsing social media on our phones, for example, these things require little-to-no movement. The most important thing to remember is to choose an activity that you find fun and is physical. You are more likely to abandon a healthy lifestyle change if your chosen activity doesn’t suit your preferences or lifestyle.
4.RewardYourself

A weekend getaway is the perfect prize for your accomplishments. You have better eating habits, by cooking your meals at home, also by doing more physical activities. Research finds that when it comes to travel, anticipation a major chunk of the associated happiness. So book your get away soon.
