The Food Pantry has been a huge success and without them we wouldn’t have the fabulous food for you residents.

The majority of food is from Costco, but our larger deliveries include Sams Club, Sprouts, Aldi & Target. Each week the selection varies.

The volunteers set up tables, while they wait for the delivery to arrive.

Once the truck arrives they off load the food from the truck onto their carts and wheel it up the hill into the big room where they work quickly to set out a nice display of fruits, vegetables, canned goods, bakery & deli items and so much more.

We appreciate the volunteers for their hard work and for being so friendly with all the residents.

(We ask that you take only what you can eat and leave the rest for others)

Public Awareness Program This is to remind residents that as a rule, if you are notified by Sun City Mobile Home Estates personnel that a hazardous gas leak exists at the park, or if you find a gas leak at your mobile home site, you should take the following steps.

Leaks inside a building or in your mobile home get top priority.

If a leak is detected, either in your mobile home or in a common area building such as clubhouse or laundry room: 1. Notify Park Management immediately.

2. Do not ring doorbells, answer telephone, turn on light switches, or any electrical appliances.

3. All open flames should be extinguished immediately. Do not smoke or light matches.

4. Shut off gas supply if possible.

5. Ventilate your mobile home if safe to do so.

6. Everyone should leave the premises and go a safe distance away (about one block). Walk, do not start, or run any engines or create any sparks.

Once notified, the park personnel will take every action possible to protect life and property (in that order).

Leaks outside of mobile homes or common area buildings.

1. Notify Park Manager immediately.

2. Extinguish all open flames.

3. Follow instruction of Park Manager.

While we are doing our part, here are some key points that you, as residents, can do to help keep this park safe.

1. If you see a suspicious person on the property or around your home during the day call our office. If at night, contact the phone number above. If someone is breaking into a home, car or property, call 911 immediately and then call the guard at night.

2. Keep doors and windows closed and locked past dark, including cars.

3. Leave porch and carport lights on past dark. This helps them see your property better, as there are many dark places to hide.

4. Put locks on sheds, lock up golf carts and bikes.

5. Remember, No Parking on Streets Overnight 6. The weather is great, but please be careful when walking in the evenings. Animal life has woken up. Please walk with caution please.
