Dear Residents,
Thank you once again for being so kind and patient before, during and after the Spring Craft Fair. It means a lot to me and of course to all that participated in the fair. The use of the big room, the pool area, the library and the entire parking lot is much appreciated and is crucial to a successful event.
The Parks Activity Committee’s booth was lovely and looked just like an artisan bakery! Everyone was in great spirits. To those residents who donated homemade goodies, thank you for all your kitchen talents and to the packagers and labelers, well done!
A huge thank you to all the volunteers working the Goodie Booth, They sold a whole lot of sweets and hot dogs to everyone. Delicious! Just so you know, All profits go right back to the Activity Committee to help fund our parties, buy nice prizes, and event décor, and so much more! Please consider donating your time and/or talents at the next Craft Fair & Bake Sale in October.

Resident parking is ONLY permitted within the resident’s Driveway. Parking on the street, front yard, gutter, hanging out of the driveway or in guest parking is strictly prohibited, as stated in the Park’s Rules and Regulations. These regulations are in accordance with fire codes and are to further ensure residents’ enjoyment of the park’s amenities.
Carports must be cleaned, clear and accessible to fit your vehicle within your carport.
No Overnight Parking in street, gutter, front yard at any time by Resident or Guest. Any overnight vehicles in the guest parking lot must register the vehicle in the office or may be towed at the owner’s expense.
