Education plays an important role in empowering individuals and social groups to make daily choices as a customer or consumer. MCC provides several resources to allow employees to learn more about sustainability. As we are part of a bigger community, we at MCC want to be socially responsible by being an active player wherever we can. This includes sharing our knowledge with customers and local communities. See below for some of the initiatives we are involved in. • MCC Algoma Wisconsin won the all-American City award thanks to their community engagement. • MCC Oak Creek Wisconsin participates in Fight for Air Climb, a fundraising event in support of the American Lung Association. • MCC Neenah Wisconsin is committed to work with the youth to dispel the negative myths of manufacturing by participating in the “You can make it in manufacturing career day”.
