Engaged Employees Create a Sustainable MCC

Our people, MCC employees, are the core of our existence, our greatest capital and one of our most important sustainable competitive advantages. A sustainable MCC is only possible thanks to the commitment of our talented employees.

Education plays an important role in empowering individuals and social groups to make daily choices as a customer or consumer. MCC provides several resources to allow employees to learn more about sustainability.

As we are part of a bigger community, we at MCC want to be socially responsible by being an active player wherever we can. This includes sharing our knowledge with customers and local communities. See below for some of the initiatives we are involved in. • MCC Algoma Wisconsin won the all-American City award thanks to their community engagement. • MCC Oak Creek Wisconsin participates in Fight for Air Climb, a fundraising event in support of the

American Lung Association. • MCC Neenah Wisconsin is committed to work with the youth to dispel the negative myths of manufacturing by participating in the “You can make it in manufacturing career day”.

MCC Bangkok Gives Back to the Community

MCC Bangkok (Thailand) takes pride in participating in community events. Let’s have a look at some of the events they have participated in.

Blood Donation Events

In January 2020, they participated in a blood donation in partnership with the Sinsakhon Printing City Industrial Estate and Mahidol University Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. Blood donation is a “gift of life” to others that needed it the most. If one person donates one unit, it will help save a life.

Thailand National Children’s Day

This is celebrated in January during the weekend known as “Wan Dek” (The Children’s Day) in Thai. The MCC Bangkok team presented children with fun games that help create awareness of their role and duty towards developing the country forward in the future. For this event, they donated stationery, a small scholarship and snacks to the children. MCC Bangkok also partnered with the Sinsakhon Printing City Industrial Estate in providing learning development education for students at Bansandab School.

MCC is proud of the team for their participation in their community!
