NATIONAL UPDATES – ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Organizational Development kicked off 2023 by wrapping up our twelve EMC Year in Review Webinars that brought in over 1,100 participants! Reminder to enter your goals and priorities for 2023 in SuccessFactors if not yet complete.

As we continue to look ahead, we’re already off to a great start with the completion of 30 engagements which includes one NEO session with 84 attendees. We have 8 more NEO sessions slated for the year over the course of four weeks held between both St. Louis and Dallas. The next two sessions will be held the week of March 27 in St. Louis.
