GENUINE PARTNER MOMENTS

Genuine Partner Moments are changing! We are going to be making Genuine Partner Moments available throughout the year and using our HR Newsletter and Calls to highlight some of the big and small moments.

Going forward, you will use Praise via the Microsoft Teams Page to send genuine appreciation to our HR partners across the country. Please see the guide on this page on how to use Genuine Partner Moments via Teams:

Step 1: Make sure you have access to Genuine Partner Moments under the Human Resources Teams Page:

Step 2: Click start New Conversation. If the ribbon circled below doesn’t show up, click the 3 little dots to get it to show. If you have somebody you want to give a shout out to, click the ribbon below and it will bring up the Send Praise box.

Step 3: This box below may take a second to load. Once it loads, under the To box, enter the person(s) you want to give a shout out to. You can select multiple people. Under Title click the title that matches your shout out the most. Under Note, enter your detailed note. Under Background, select the background color for your note. Once completed, Click Send. This will notify the partner receiving the Genuine Partner Moment.
