Shideh Lowary
Shideh Lowary, with a degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University, started her career as a financial planner in California for a Fortune 500 company. She transitioned to real estate in 1988 as a mortgage loan officer, quickly rising to Regional Manager, overseeing over 200 employees.
With 15 years of experience in residential construction loans and a keen management style, Shideh excels in guiding Ventura's team and clients from concept to completion. Her leadership has helped many Ventura employees launch their own successful ventures in homebuilding and design.

Loy Lowary
Loy Lowary, a Finance graduate from Arizona State University, discovered his passion for construction while studying. Beginning his career in 1975, he worked on large-scale projects, including public schools and power plants, before starting his own excavation and concrete contracting company. He later transitioned to residential construction, overseeing over 400 homes in Texas and New England, and a 120-unit luxury facility in Maine. With expertise in both commercial and residential construction, Loy excels at building on challenging Texas lots, including a complex 26,000-square-foot, four-level residence.

Superintendent Opportunity Overview:
Ventura Custom Homes is based in Dallas, TX, specializing in high-end residential projects.
We’re building $4M+ luxury homes, with 10-12 ongoing projects and up to 30 new homes being built in Frisco’s prestigious PGA development over the next five years.

Ventura Custom Homes is currently looking for a Superintendent / Sr. Superintendent with extensive experience who is capable of being the “CEO of their project” for multiple $2-$4M custom homes at one time.
We are currently open to hiring two excellent superintendents to build our large backlog of custom residential work in Frisco.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a superintendent with a strong client focus, high reputation for quality, professional appearance and manner; highly organized and detailed.
Candidates need to have strong knowledge of change orders, financial management, invoicing, and bid checking.
Has an experience in coordinating and directing job site activities; including review of architectural and engineering plans, details, and specifications.
Experience with shop drawings compliance to job conditions and contract documents.
Directly collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to verify cost control measures and elevations.
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA compliance and maintain job safety standards.
Salary range: $100,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
Superintendents will start as 1099 contractors for a 3-4 month probationary period before transitioning to fulltime with benefits (401k, profit sharing, insurance).

The company is also looking for an office assistant, AR/AP professional, and has future needs for more senior superintendents.
