Site Superintendent
Opportunity Overview: Location: Palm Beach, FL
As a Site Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of one luxury home at a time—coordinating subs, ensuring quality, and holding the line on schedules and standards.
You’ll report to our Executive Field Leader and serve as the site’s quarterback from start to finish.
We’re seeking a seasoned builder with an eye for quality and a passion for delivering on high expectations. You don’t just run a site you lead it. You coordinate dozens of moving parts, keep trades aligned, solve problems early, and maintain poise when the stakes are high.
You’re fluent in jobsite i.e. Excel and Outlook, fieldtested with luxury-level finishes, and understand what it means to represent the brand in front of homeowners and architects alike.

THE JOB AT A GLANCE:
Jump into an existing project to drive a successful completion before moving onto building our next luxury home.
Oversee all day-to-day field operations
Use Excel and Outlook for scheduling, updates and coordination
Drive scheduling, sequencing, and on-site execution
Ensure architectural integrity and white-glove finish standards
Maintain jobsite safety and client satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct daily field operations from site prep through final walk-through
Manage subcontractor schedules and site coordination
Uphold the architectural vision through craftsmanship and attention to detail
Maintain site safety and compliance with local building codes
Represent the company with professionalism and confidence to clients, architects, and partners
Use Outlook and Excel to track progress, communicate updates, and close out efficiently
YOUR BACKGROUND
10+ years in construction with 5+ years leading ground up high-end residential builds, preferably in the South Florida market
Deep understanding of structural systems, envelope details, and fine finishes
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong communication, schedule management, and client interaction skills
A track record of delivering beautiful homes on time and with excellence

COMPENSATION & PERKS
$140,000 to $180,000+ base salary (with upward flexibility commensurate with skills and experience)
