They’re now seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of projects from $5M to $20M+ in value.

ARE
You’re an experienced builder with a sharp eye, steady hand, and the confidence to own complex projects.
You’ve overseen residential or commercial construction from end to end and thrive in environments that demand clarity, care, and creativity. You lead with integrity, speak with purpose, and get things done. You see beautiful homes not just as structures—but as stories built in stone, steel, and glass.
ABOUT PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

You’ll manage custom homes between $5M–$20M+, supported by Superintendents and Project Management leadership
You’ll work directly with clients, architects, designers, and subs

YOU’LL LEAD
Estimating, budgeting, permitting, and scheduling
Change orders, purchase orders, and procurement
Weekly client meetings and reporting
Coordination with field teams and internal stakeholders
Day-to-day operations alongside the Director of Project Management
YOU’LL NEED
7+ years of construction management experience
Degree in Construction Science or equivalent
Experience with custom residential or large-scale commercial builds
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Tech fluency with MS Office and project management platforms
