Great to be back and getting the magazine out again!

It has been hard motivating myself and I’ve got used to the slower pace of life with the strange times induced. No job aside I felt less stressed and the birds just got louder – surreal but nice! Things seem to be creeping back to normal although it has felt rather Orwellian at times?

Community for me is more important than ever. Convenience always comes at a price and if we end up with giant corporations running the show ( which is the way things seem to be going) we will end up being a show run by them (which is the way things are going). This magazine will always have free space for your community too so let it be a voice if you need one – 32,000 homes is a lot of doors!

My writers have really done me proud this edition with some insightful writing. We have a new feature writer too joining us.

Lindsey Joy is starting a new feature (see pg 44) and is also helping me out on the social media side – keeps me off it as I tend to rant at the mainstream narrative!

No lockdown for Nature.

If there is one thing that has come out of the last few months it has been the chance to rediscover my own patch. Now I accept that I am lucky to live in a small village, with open countryside all around, and many did not have that luxury, but, watching the spring turn slowly into summer while spending most of that time within a few miles of home has been remarkably enjoyable.

In the course of a normal spring I might have done plenty of local walks but I would also have traveled further afield to enjoy a Scottish Island, a family visit to Cumbria and a constant thinking of where to go for a walk in the far corners of our county. This year the horizons have shrunk, the local footpaths have been explored in more detail than ever before and the day by day changes have taken on a new importance.

Work has continued throughout, perhaps even busier than usual, but it’s also been wonderful to share with colleagues not just the daily needs of the job but their own nature experience from the hedgehogs visiting the garden or the first arrival of screaming swifts. Outside work more people than ever have shared their own small encounters with wildlife, no lions going in for the kill but the local sparrowhawk coming in for a meal, no alligator in the Florida swamps but a great crested newt in the school grounds. Look closely and our own wildlife has so much variety and interest and yet so often we hanker after the grander experience.

So if something comes out of the last few months then it is surely to enjoy the spectacular wildlife right on the doorstep. The harmless hoverfly that disguises itself as a wasp, the delicate flight of the damselfly, the great tit raising a brood in a bird box in the garden or the bright blue flash of a common blue butterfly. Traffic has already returned to our roads, planes will return to the sky, the world will try to get back to a normality of sorts.

Despite all this if a few more people care a little more about what they have at hand and take pride in the local environment then that will be one major positive to come out of so much disruption and hardship.

As the skylarks returned to serenade the daily exercise a hint of warmth showed the way into spring. A deer tentatively trotted away indicating a hidden fawn somewhere out of sight. The hedges seemed filled with yellowhammers with their distinctive song “A little bit of bread and no cheese” though some optimistically dropped the ‘no’. Song thrushes and blackbirds sang from the top of trees, a repetitive ‘tee-cher’ of a great tit then the less harsh ‘chiff-chaff’ of a chiffchaff!

Birdsong seemed to be all around. Were there really more birds? It seems unlikely although fewer cars on the roads must have saved a few lives. Possibly more likely is that fewer cars and skies almost empty of aeroplanes meant they were just a bit more obvious. And maybe, just maybe, by taking that little bit more time to listen opened up my senses to take in so much more.

So what has been the best moment? The barn owl quartering a field on the village edge or a glimpse of azure of a kingfisher on the river? The early orange and white flicker of an orange tip butterfly or the return of house martens? The first ever tree sparrow in the garden or the swathe of golden marsh marigold in the riverside field? Well it’s been all of those and plenty more. This period has certainly reminded me that nature is not about the spectacular but about the wonder and beauty of the everyday.

Immune to the System Not everyone reading this will be able to receive the message of my article, and not everyone who receives it will ever truly be ready…. but here it is.

You are being manipulated.Your perceptions are being programmed.

This is the real threat or “virus” currently at work on humanity.Think about all the sources of information you receive on a day to day basis. Where does the information come from? Who decides the narrative? What is the agenda? Who owns them?

I used to be part of the problem. As a ’20 something’ I worked in broadcasting, a reporter on local radio who also read the news across different networks. Like many I was affected and somewhat traumatised by the events of 9/11, and at the age of 17 my ambitions to have a career in the media were solidified. The drive for truth and justice were my main motivations.

I got my big break in the industry whilst covering another journalist, it was during that shift fate came ‘a knocking,’ the phone rang and it was “Jo from number 10.” She informed me Tony Blair was to stay in the North East and only one journalist was to interview him and cover his visit. It was December 2006 and headlines such as “Brits 45 mins from doom,” and “Mad Saddam ready to attack: 45 minutes from chemical war, “ had dominated Britain’s biggest selling newspapers since that day on September 2001. It is safe to say I had some questions. Yet upon meeting “Jo from Number 10” it quickly became very apparent I had very limited scope in what I was actually able to ask the Prime Minister.

Despite the fact an enquiry into government declarations that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction (which ultimately led to the invasion of the country in 2003) was in the public interest I was censored. I was told on no uncertain terms by “Jo from Number 10” that I was to stick to local issues only and my interview was to be policed by the suits and security surrounding Mr Blair. Even Emily Maitlis would struggle to find an angle on Saddam Hussein having chemical/biological weapons, was working towards nuclear capability having “bought significant quantities of uranium from Africa,” and Christmas in Darlington.

I have friends, good people, who still work within this industry who are themselves unware of the part they are playing in the illusion of truth and service. Put plainly, the mainstream media aren’t working for our good, too many are owned by billionaire moguls that are uncomfortably close to government and commercial interests. ‘This concentrated ownership creates conditions in which wealthy individuals and organisations can amass vast political and economic power and distort the media landscape to suit their interests’ (MRCR 2019). Just like my experience in 2006, journalists are heavily censored with narratives constructed and controlled under a specific agenda. It is deliberate, and often a distraction to what is really going on.

The aim of the mainstream media is to control the public perception of world events whilst simultaneously maintaining a state of anxiety in the audience. Your fear is weaponised, and through this vulnerability you are much more malleable and agreeable because of it. In this emotionally charged/semi traumatised state you look to authority for protection and guidance, just like children reaching for mummy and daddy to keep us safe from the big bad world. Take for example the wars in the Middle East in retaliation to 9/11, we supported our government’s action as we believed our lives were at risk, but it was all a lie. Just like Dominic Cummings breaching the rules he created to keep us safe from the Covid 19, actions speak louder than words.

It was the archetypal Matrix ‘red/blue pill’ moment and since then it has become somewhat of a trend to learn and know about the ‘deep state’ ‘illuminati’ and ‘the cabal.’ Yet it is not enough to just become aware of the ways in which we have been misled and manipulated, in doing so we only swap our subconscious slavery for another form of fear vibration (albeit conscious). Our very existence has to be proof against it.

There is a synchronous, higher and wiser intelligence that moves through us all, a natural order to life. It something more sovereign than any man made rules or laws. I call it God. You may call it ‘the Tao’, ‘Allah’, ‘divinity’, or ‘spirit,’ and whilst the label is actually irrelevant,harnessing its energy and manifesting its expression through our being is how we get out of this cess pit of deception. There is a war being waged upon your consciousness, time to switch the channel.

Moor House Farm, Allendale

I continued to paint from my Prudhoe gallery all through lockdown and was able to complete several new paintings, both landscapes and windows, including these two featuring Moor House Farm.

Last year, I was going for a blood transfusion in Hexham hospital. My friend Chaz asked me if I wanted to explore anywhere nearby on the same day, and we drove over to Allendale and discovered this cluster of old buildings. The photographs were quite inspiring and led to these two new paintings.

Apparently the original building was a bastle house in the 16th or 17th century, and was added on to, and turned into, a farmhouse in the 19th century. The window I painted is to the right of the abandoned building. The whole place is so fragile that I suspect it won’t stand another year. The tipping point isn’t far away. The prints work well either as a pair or singly, and the original of the window painting is also for sale.

My gallery is now open again for visits, with social distancing in place, or you’re very welcome to make an appointment to view my work in the gallery alone or in a family group, with no pressure to buy.

Are your thoughts making you stressed?

It is early in the morning. Your alarm goes off, waking you from your sleep. You reach out to switch it off. For a short moment you experience the pure bliss of stillness and inner calm until your mind reaches out to remind you of who you are, where you are, and what you are meant to be doing. In those short few moments before reality sets in, your body is at its most relaxed and your mind is the quiet and spacious. As your mind starts to race through thoughts of the day ahead, or memories of the previous days, there is a response that is happening in your body. Sometimes this shift is quite subtle and other times, it is tangible. As the thoughts and memories fire off on auto pilot, the stillness, space, calmness that was you in those few short blissful moments disappears in a puff of smoke.

To make matters worse, we have developed daily habits that continue to take us away from that calm, blissful, bubble we experienced when we first opened our eyes,- our phones and the overwhelming need to switch them on the minute we open our eyes! The need to check the three different messaging platforms, four different email accounts, and five different social media platforms, (I’ve gone for low numbers here, as most people have more than this), is so pressing that in most cases it dampens our most basic need to empty our bladder, just so we can reconnect and reaffirm our worth and place in the world under the false illusion that this makes us feel safe,happy, and well.

What if I told you that this was not making you happy? That this was not making you well at all. In fact, it is a catalyst fuelling the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that you are potentially already experiencing daily. You see, each message or social media post you connect with, reminds you of who you were in previous days, and who you still need to become in the future moments.In each remembering and reminding process there is a shift in your state of being brought on by how the mind measures up; 1) How you did perform or, 2) How you will perform,through measuring wins, failures, expectations, judgments and whether you are worthy or not.

increased heart rate, rapid breathing (hyperventilation) muscle tightness and joint pain headachesand migraines feeling weak and tired feeling nervous, restless, or tense. having a sense of impending danger, panic, or doom. sweating and trembling trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry trouble sleeping changes in moods, these can range from irritability and aggression to low mood, low motivation, and depression.

Our minds process an enormous amount of information every second. Studies show that on average we have 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day of which roughly 80% are negatively and self critically based, and 90% of thoughts are the same as the previous days’ thoughts. It is important to remember that as our mind is so negatively biased and that as we have the same negative and selfcritical thoughts as the previous day, our thoughts are contributing heavily to our stress response.

Now more that ever, we need to become more conscious of how our thoughts, actions and habits are contributing to our stress and anxiety. Making small changes can go a long way in supporting our health and wellbeing. A simple act of holding off from switching your mobile phone on in the morning, and instead practicing some mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques, relaxation techniques,orjournaling canreducethe stress response,enhancing your sense of wellbeing, positivity, and energy levels even if practiced for only 5 minutes a day. When practiced effectively they can help create a stillness, calmness, and peacefulness in our body and mind.

What habit are you prepared to make a daily habit to support your health and wellbeing?

As all these thoughts and emotions are cascading through your mind at breakneck speed, everything about you is changing as your body launches its threat defence mechanism, the Stress Response.

As we unknowingly get sucked into this world of technology, we are oblivious to the changes that are going on within our body that directly contribution to the decline of our physical and mental health.

Our Stress response is part of our survival instinct and activates our fight, flight, faint, and freeze response to ensure that we survive perceived threat in our environment.The stress response should only be a short-term response, but sadly, in our hectic modern-day world and factoring in the current global pandemic crisis, our stress response is on overdrive, flooding our body with stress hormones. These stress hormones trigger all sorts of physical and emotional responses, like-

Kidding Around… Tyne Valley I’m Lindsey Joy, and I’m delighted to have joined the team at Tyne Valley Express as a new Feature Writer. “Kidding Around…Tyne Valley”will be an ongoing commentary on family life as well as a ‘what’s on’ in and around the area.

About us I live in Stocksfield with my husband Santosh and my toddler son Bodhi; we absolutely love the Tyne Valley having bought our first home here last Summer. Our favourite thing to do as a little family is to get outdoors, and more recently for Bodhi, splash about in rivers and streams - occasionally falling in but that doesn’t seem to bother him! Personally, I love to potter in and out of shops around Hexham and Corbridge, and Prudhoe High Street, and then reward myself with a coffee and cake – I’m always on the lookout for toddler friendly cafes!

Throughout the lockdown period we have tried to make the most of where we live. We keep saying to each other how lucky we are to live somewhere so beautiful; so friendly and where we feel we can finally put down some roots.

Family life over lockdown There’s an exception to every rule but I really don’t know any parents, mothers especially, who have had an easy time of it. I’m self-employed and work from home and my husband is a key worker which puts him out of the house 5 days a week. Before lockdown, we had Bodhi settled at nursery, my Mam to babysit, and could spend time with a support network of other mams. I was also getting stuck into being my own boss as of January this year – I’m a hypnobirthing teacher, a choir leader and a communications specialist (’jack of all trades’ as they say!). But then lockdown happened and everything changed – Childcare was no longer an option and Bodhi was at home again full time. I couldn’t see my friends and family, was barely able to leave the house and Bodhi was literally climbing the walls! I still need to work so have to find time when Bodhi naps, in the evenings when he’s in bed and at weekends when his dad is at home. There’s been times when I’ve just had to stick ‘Hey Duggee’ on to keep him occupied while I get stuff done – it has been really hard to strike a balance over this period.

The guilt of not devoting all my time to my son, the tiredness and frustration has had me in tears a few times, but then I remember some advice I once received which really helps me: “Ask yourself, is what you are doing good enough?” For example, it was husband’s turn for a lie-in one Saturday (I have Sunday’s!) so I got up with Bodhi – I had an important deadline and I needed to get straight on, and when my husband came downstairs I was sat on the laptop while Bodhi was watching TV. He asked if everything was OK and I replied, “Yeah, but I’m such bad mam!”, and he pointed out that Bodhi was washed, dressed, fed and the happiest little boy he knew. And he was right. If making it work in these times makes you feel like a bad parent, try asking yourself that same question – I’ll bet you are doing a ‘good enough’ job under the circumstances and that is OK.

little walker so most mornings we’re up and out at 8.30am and exploring, spotting birds in the trees, hunting for dandelions and jumping in puddles.

We’ve missed the play park loads - It’s heart-breaking to see those padlocks on the gates, but instead we’ve had to make a play park out of wherever we go! One of our favourite things to do is head to Hexham for the morning.

Firstly (and most importantly!), we call into Deli at Number 4 for a sneaky take-away cappuccino and Bakewell tart! Then we head into Hexham Park and onto Bodhi’s assault course (aka the bandstand and park benches!).

Then, we make our way through the field of buttercups and dandelions to the top of the Sele before running down at top speed, shouting ‘weeeeeee’ as we go! We always hug the huge tree at the bottom (I grew up on Fern Gully, what can I say!) But this has had the unplanned effect of Bodhi hugging telegraph poles as well! Lastly we head around the bowling green; have a little splash in the stream, wave at the carved wooden owls in the garden, and then do some silly dancing in front of the mirror before heading home – Two hours of fun, fresh air and happy memories guaranteed!

Bodhi’s nursery have been amazing too – Every week of the lockdown they’ve been sending parents ideas for how to keep our little ones entertained and learning about the world around them – so thank you to My Little Kingdom in Prudhoe, you saved me from going out of my head on many occasions!

We’ve missed our extended family and friends terribly so when we got permission with the rules relaxed we could go for socially distant walks and garden visits, there was no stopping us. I’ll never forget the look on my Mam’s face when she saw Bodhi in the flesh again after all these weeks…let’s just say there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, or should I say car park!

Finally, apart from ‘take away Friday’ which is a thing in our house now thanks to lockdown, I try to cook a meal from scratch for my family every evening, which we enjoy together when my husband gets in from work – Having this quality time means what could be a chore has instead been something to look forward to every day over this period.

SPETCHELLS CONSERVATION INTEREST GROUP We need help to protect this beautiful and unique chalk grassland which is situated in the Tyne Riverside Country Park at Low Prudhoe.

Contained within this habitat are 14 species of butterflies and many unusual solitary bee populations.

Unfortunately the area has become threatened by an invasion of Cotoneaster shrubs which are shading the grassland and threatening to overwhelm native plants. More volunteers are needed to remove the invaders!

A virus, by contrast, is essentially just a relatively small piece of genetic material (double-strand DNA or the simpler single-strand RNA) wrapped up in a protective coating of protein; some viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, also have a layer of lipid (a kind of fat) on the outside – that’s why thorough handwashing with soap is so important, it really does destroy the virus. Spiky parts of the protein attach to a host cell and enable the virus to get inside, where the RNA (or DNA) hijacks the cell’s normal operation and forces it to produce copies of the virus instead of copying its own DNA. The virus population then leaves to continue spreading, usually destroying the host cell.

Going viral Not much doubt about the choice for topical science this time round!

The ‘novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2’ that causes the disease Covid-19 has an impact on every single one of us, and there’s a huge amount of misinformation, ignorance (even at high levels) and resulting fear making the situation worse. So let’s take a look at some facts about viruses in general and this current troublemaker in particular.

A virus is a submicroscopic infectious agent that has no independent life of its own but has to invade the cells of a living host in order to replicate (make copies of itself) to continue to exist: it is a parasite.

The host can be human, animal, plant, or lower form of life such as a bacterium. Viruses and bacteria (among other agents) can both cause disease and death, though by no means all of them do, but they are quite different beasts: bacteria are independent one-cell organisms, they are far more complex, and they are big enough to be seen through an optical microscope. Bacterial infections include salmonella (food poisoning), tuberculosis (TB), and cholera. The Black Death of the 14th century, sometimes compared to the 1918 flu pandemic and the present problem, was in fact not viral but bacterial.

There are actually millions of different kinds (families) of virus, a few thousand having been studied and described in detail, but only a very small number are harmful to humans; others attack different species of animals and plants (such as foot-and-mouth disease or tobacco mosaic virus, the first one to be identified at the end of the nineteenth century). Some viruses that are harmful to bacteria can even be used as medicines (bacteriophages) instead of other antibiotics. Most viruses are harmless, and some of them, like many bacteria (probiotics), are beneficial and important for our health – we live in harmony with them. Examples of human viral infections are measles, norovirus, herpes simplex (a cause of cold sores), HIV, and Ebola. The coronavirus family causes flu and some colds as well as SARS-related respiratory diseases including Covid-19.

The two factors that set the danger level of a particular harmful or ‘pathogenic’ virus are these: how infectious is it (how easily is it passed on), and what damage can it do? Some well-known viruses are rather infectious but do little harm, like most colds; others can be fatal but do not spread easily, like rabies. Unfortunately SARS-CoV-2 has a high infection rate for close contacts and is potentially life-threatening for certain vulnerable types of people. Hence the lockdowns and other severe methods adopted worldwide to reduce its spread while effective medical treatments are sought.

One of the problems with viruses is that they can change their form.

The change may be in the genetic sequence of the RNA (a mutation, a process that occurs naturally in all RNA and DNA), and this alters the behaviour and effects of the virus. A virus can also change the structure and shape of its protein coat, which is rather like changing your clothes or going in disguise. This makes it harder to treat them effectively; new flu vaccines have to be developed every year for new virus strains.

How might viruses be treated? As with all diseases, we can focus on cure and/or reducing the physical results and symptoms, and we can aim for prevention. The massive efforts of the NHS in recent months have been most visible in the treatment of those who are already infected, especially where the symptoms are severe. Here the aim is to provide support and relieve symptoms while the body’s own natural immune system fights the invader, but help might also be given through specific antiviral drugs that work with the immune system, especially if this is struggling. Effective antivirals have been developed for some viruses including HIV and hepatitis C. The recent clinical trial that showed the anti-inflammatory dexamethasone to provide significant help for severely affected Covid-19 patients is welcome news and many other potential drugs are being tested, but large numbers have already been tried and rejected as ineffective or even dangerous, including the antimalaria treatment once promoted strongly in the USA. One important fact here is completely certain: antibiotics are not an effective treatment for a viral infection and should not be taken, as this reduces their proper usefulness against bacteria. Nor do antibacterial agents in cleaners kill the virus; just use plain soap and disinfectants.

The big aim, of course, is to do something serious, and preferably medical, about prevention. The emergency imposition of lockdowns and

Among those that are sadly relevant to the current pandemic are that the whole virus spread is a hoax designed to impose greater control over our lives, and that the virus is spread by 5G technology (related to the baseless 5G cancer scare I’ve addressed in a previous article), perhaps even as a deliberate manmade bioweapon. There’s also significant resistance to vaccination, even if and when we do have an effective vaccine, particularly in some supposedly advanced and intelligent societies: the so-called antivaxxers continue to believe discredited reports of links between vaccines such as MMR and problems like autism, reports that are known to be based on deliberate scientific fraud. Some viruses are vastly more risky than any approved vaccination.

other physical restrictions can provide only a temporary solution. The usual method to prevent, or at least drastically reduce, viral infections is vaccination, a procedure that was first used against smallpox, a disease that has now been completely eradicated as a result: a great success story. Vaccination works by prompting the body to produce a defence against a particular virus by presenting it with something similar enough to it but without the danger. This can be a modified form of the virus (for example, the protein coat but with no RNA inside), or a weakened version, or a closely related but harmless virus from the same family.

Once the body has been trained to recognise the enemy, the defence mechanism will quickly kick into play if the real virus comes along later.

The immune system can be trained to recognise and attack the protein or genetic component; these different approaches are being used in the many attempts currently being made around the world in a huge effort of international cooperation marred by only a few selfish agencies and governments wanting to keep results and sales profits to themselves.

The fight against SARS-CoV-2 and the Covid-19 it causes would be more effective if everyone understood and believed the basic science and its medical implications. Unfortunately, as with many aspects of life, significant minorities refuse to accept facts and instead pick up and develop ideas that have no basis at all in real evidence. We live in an age of conspiracy theories, total fantasies that are spread mainly through social media.

As an aside, computer viruses are so called because they behave rather like biological viruses: they invade a host, cause some kind of nuisance or serious harm, replicate themselves, and seek to infect other hosts through electronic contact, often exploiting human ignorance. They are variously treated by disinfection programs and by front-line prevention offered by antivirus software.

The expression ‘going viral’ describes a piece of information, an idea, a visual image, or something else that – often to the surprise of the person generating it – is widely and rapidly passed around to attract the attention of others who, in turn, transmit it further so that it quickly becomes widespread and often hits the headlines in competition with major news events. Recent examples include the support for ‘Captain Tom’ in his NHS fundraising garden walks and the responses to the killing of George Floyd leading to Black Lives Matter protests around the world. While it is good for some things to go viral in this way, the spread of ridiculous conspiracy theories that undermine attempts to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic is itself a social viral threat adding to problems of the original biological viral threat. The world would be better off without both of these pests.

Our focus is – local – ownership, decision making, skills/knowledge, sharing and – food – not just the 50+ varieties of seasonal vegetables that we grow but also the links we are developing with other producers.

For example, over the past month members have benefitted from; additional orders with SUMA stocking our plastic free zone with refills of household and body products, orders for lamb & beef,flour and yeast from The Corbridge Larder, lemons (not exactly local!) direct from a Spanish orchard, new season honey, all on top of the weekly bread and eggs sales… and for crop shares weekly seasonal veg. Currently we are experiencing a bumper lettuce harvest, which we have also been able to share with families in Stanley via a food box scheme run from The Corbridge Larder, supported by LJRoss.

Our intention has always been to build local resilience and hopefully achieve both environmental and financial sustainability. Shorter supply

chains, fewer food miles, good quality food, less plastic packaging, and local relationships are an important part of that process – and more people are coming on board, which means we now have a waiting list.

The current challenge, apart from what to do with lettuces! is how to expand our operation with more land and therefore space for more members.

What of the lettuce story? Our cropping plans to supply @1,900 lettuces to crop shares over 20 – 25 weeks of the year were on track.

Seed germination was good, young plants were doing well and then the weather got in the way… heat and cloudless skies, topped up with some rain, has meant that many lettuces matured quickly and together… so far this year we have distributed 290kg of lettuce to our crop shares, that is about 650 lettuces and there are more to come.

What would you do with our delicious lettuce?

One of our members dug out a recipe she had found on the web in 2007.

“Too much lettuce for us to manage as a salad, but it hasn’t gone to waste - lettuce soup!

8oz lettuce outer leaves Handful of peas 1 onion 1 garlic clove 1l veg stock Salt and pepper 1 tbsp plain flour Oil to fry

Fry onion and garlic and when golden brown add lettuce and peas - fry for a few more minutes.

Add flour and mix well then add stock and simmer for 15-20 mins. Blend well, serve with cream (optional).

NEW.... WALKING SCOTTISH DANCE! You might have heard of Walking Football and Walking Netball, well now we have started this new activity at Ponteland U3A. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at St. Mary’s Church Hall, Ponteland, 2.30 -4.0pm Cost £12 for 4 sessions .Future dates are 10th September .8th October. 12th November and 12th December.

If you can walk and you know your right from your left, you have all the necessary skills! We laugh a lot at ourselves and each other but enjoy the expert guidance of our teacher Sheila Trafford.
