Team Loyalty!!

Happy April Everyone! Thank you again to everyone for all of the hard work that everyone puts in everyday, you guys are still doing an amazing job even with everything that has gone on in the past year. We thank you and hope that everything dies down soon! Easter is Sunday, April 4th and hope that everyone had a Happy Easter and got to spend it with their friends and family. Don’t forget to check out the monthly newsletters electronically, on the Issuu app. So be sure to check that out so you can share with friends and family! Be sure to also check out our new political page and lastly, keep doing an amazing job Team Loyalty and let’s make 2021 an amazing year!!

Letter from the President

Hello Team Loyalty,

Congratulations to Team Loyalty we hit a new record! We had the largest in-store sales total in company history. Thank you for all the hard work. Three stores hit the $100k club, extra shout out to Florin, El Camino and Broadway. Broadway pushed extra hard the last two days and killed it to just sneak into the $100k club. WELL DONE to all teams! Every location crushed sales in March. Companywide we are over 10% above our in-store sales projections for the first quarter of this crazy 2021. Keep up the great work. As long as these stimulus checks and tax returns keep coming in, we should continue to do well in sales.

We do want to continue to keep an eye on our loan balance and do the best we can to grow that number. It is difficult to do every March and I am extremely confident that the loan balance will come back soon enough. We have done a great job to stay viable and headed upward as a company. We will continue to look for ways to improve. For instance, we just hired a new firm to help with a new website and social media posts. I know many of you are working with them to help to create new content. I have seen many of them, keep up the great work. We are doing our best to keep up with the inventory needs. Jewelry seems pretty easy but the general merchandise is a bit more difficult to source. Another positive, Loyalty Pawn has always been a supporter of conventions, and focus groups are back and these give us a great opportunity to team build and learn more about the industry and any new trends coming our way.

Finally, please take a look at the political page within this newsletter. I have looked up each of your addresses and put your state and federal representatives along with their contact information. I would love to set up appointments with your representative so we can teach them about our industry. This is one way our state association (CAPA) has suggested for us to help positively promote our industry.

Gratefully,

A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone,

What a strong sales Month! We are gaining more foot traffic and things are trending back to normal. It was nice to see all the challenges throughout the month. Each week the stores were communicating their goals, and some surpassed their expectation. We are anticipating the next two months to bring in a steady flow of people. Please don’t forget to capture follow up cell phone #’s as well as e-mail addresses. We will be gradually reaching out to our clients for added services, promotions, and discounts.

It is that time to highlight the top salesman for the month as well as the top salesman for the quarter. The sales leaders for the month were, Dominic T. who sold $46,095.50, 2 nd place was Jason Wagner who sold $25,782.24 and 3rd place was Tony Mora who sold $25,034.14. Great job gentlemen! This month 3 stores sold over $100,000.00. This is the first time that we have done this! Also, for the first quarter of 2021 Dominic sold the most following Joseph Carreras and Norma Bobadilla from West Sacramento store.

We are not at the end of seeing customers come in with money in their pocket. On top of the government stimulus, tax money too is starting to enter the stores. We have had many redeems in March as well as layaway payments. Layaways continue to grow strong, and the payments seem to be timely when well maintained. Layaways continue to be a success for us. Layaway pick -ups alone in the month of March were 37% of Elcamino Sales, 40% of Roseville Sales, 65% of Broadway sales, 42% of West Sac sales and 39% of Florin sales. All the time it takes to secure layaways and merchandise is starting to payoff. Keep up the good work everyone!

To conclude, we have been working well with the Jeff Trimble in getting our online ads up to par. We are committed to bringing in monthly ads to help gain foot traffic for the long haul. Digital campaigning is quite new to us still however, we are certainly being creative in casting new videos and stories. Thank you everyone for your involvement and patience with this transition. Like many other things that we dive into that is new, we are prepared to see this through successfully.

Sincerely,

“It is not your customer’s job to remember you. It is your obligation and responsibility to make sure they don’t have the chance to forget you.” – Patricia Fripp

El Camino

Team Loyalty,

Everyone break out the champagne glasses and a toast to team El Camino for the great and amazing job they accomplished in sales for March Madness raking in a whopping $104.172.16 a record high for March. We are proud to say that our hunger and high moral will continue to break sales records for this location. In other news we are continuing to lock in layaways on purses and designer brands due to Louis Vuitton doesn't offer layaway like we do. Always remind our clients about our 10-10 program they immediately have a sigh of relief when you tell them “only a small fraction of the price takes it off the shelf” No interests, No initial Fees everything goes to the principal also No penalties if you pay it off early. It works every time moving forward into April hope everyone had a great Easter and has completed their taxes also with the new stimulus checks be prepared with inventory. Cheers from El Camino

Florin Mall

Hello Loyalty Pawn Family,

I hope everyone is doing well. Wow, I can’t believe third quarter is over already. We were able to hit a record high in sales for Team Florin. We were able to sell a little over $124k last month. Everyone did an excellent job in qualifying our clients to get them what they needed. Team Florin will be celebrating on April 6 for the great accomplishment. We will be heading out to Top Golf for an evening of fun. Florin tracked about 7.5 jewelry pieces sold per day and we'll continue to keep that number. We are still on track to hit our end-of-the-year sales goal. Great job to all stores, I believe everyone was able to generate great sales numbers last month. Tax money and stimulus are continuing to roll in so let’s keep pushing for those sales. Let’s have an awesome April Loyalty Team. Life is short. Time is fast. No replay. No rewind. Enjoy every moment as it comes.

Roseville

Hello Team Loyalty,

What a crazy March and a huge end to Q1! Great job to everyone and amazing job to all the stores that hit $100k in sales for the month of March. I want to give a big shout out to Dominic T. and Joseph T. for being 1st and 2nd in sale for the first quarter of 2021. Dom and Joe are always pushing each other for sales and their competitiveness is awesome to watch. They both are always hustling on social media posting sales and getting new customers into the store and I’m very proud of their hard work and dedication.

Fun Fact: Sales representatives who use social media sales are 50% more likely to reach or exceed their sales targets. More than 30% of All online transactions come from mobile devices.

Justin Martinez

Broadway

Hello Everyone,

Door unlocks, alarm is turned off, and the lights flick on. 6 very awesome team members walk in the door. They are known as the Broadway rangers. (cue power rangers theme music in your head)

The day begins like any other. The team begins helping the customers with their purchases and loans. The day is going well and the team works together flawlessly.

All of a sudden their day is interrupted by the evil Florin Team! They came to steal the Broadway Ranger's customers and mess up their beautiful sales floor! (here is where you would gasp in shock)

The team morphs into their crime fighting attire. (stretchy blue and green spandex) Kirby and George rush to protect the jewelry. Mike sprints to make sure the loans stay safe and guarded. Travis and Josh shield the customs from florin's attack. One by one the evil Florin Team begins to fall and retreat. John kicks each of them out the door. The store is safe and lives to sell another day. This will not be the last the Broadway Rangers hear from the evil Florin Team. But for today, Florin was defeated.
