A Letter from the General Manager
Hello Everyone,
What a strong sales Month! We are gaining more foot traffic and things are trending back to normal. It was nice to see all the challenges throughout the month. Each week the stores were communicating their goals, and some surpassed their expectation. We are anticipating the next two months to bring in a steady flow of people. Please don’t forget to capture follow up cell phone #’s as well as e-mail addresses. We will be gradually reaching out to our clients for added services, promotions, and discounts.

It is that time to highlight the top salesman for the month as well as the top salesman for the quarter. The sales leaders for the month were, Dominic T. who sold $46,095.50, 2 nd place was Jason Wagner who sold $25,782.24 and 3rd place was Tony Mora who sold $25,034.14. Great job gentlemen! This month 3 stores sold over $100,000.00. This is the first time that we have done this! Also, for the first quarter of 2021 Dominic sold the most following Joseph Carreras and Norma Bobadilla from West Sacramento store.
We are not at the end of seeing customers come in with money in their pocket. On top of the government stimulus, tax money too is starting to enter the stores. We have had many redeems in March as well as layaway payments. Layaways continue to grow strong, and the payments seem to be timely when well maintained. Layaways continue to be a success for us. Layaway pick -ups alone in the month of March were 37% of Elcamino Sales, 40% of Roseville Sales, 65% of Broadway sales, 42% of West Sac sales and 39% of Florin sales. All the time it takes to secure layaways and merchandise is starting to payoff. Keep up the good work everyone!
To conclude, we have been working well with the Jeff Trimble in getting our online ads up to par. We are committed to bringing in monthly ads to help gain foot traffic for the long haul. Digital campaigning is quite new to us still however, we are certainly being creative in casting new videos and stories. Thank you everyone for your involvement and patience with this transition. Like many other things that we dive into that is new, we are prepared to see this through successfully.
Sincerely,
Wayne Silliman General Manager
