Established in 2014, Talbot Homes has been operating as a market sale house builder, delivering high standard residential homes, backed by leading financial institutions and investors. PAGE 02 CONTENTS & INTRODUCTION
With a reputation for outstanding customer service, we are an ambitious, expanding housing developer wishing to add package land and build contract partnerships to our portfolio.

Talbot Homes source land, secure the planning permissions, build out the development and manage sales process. Currently we are in the process of delivering 47 units worth £36 million with a pipeline of delivering 84 units worth £46 million by 2026.
