Talbot Homes source land, secure the planning permissions, build out the development and manage sales process. Currently we are in the process of delivering 47 units worth £36 million with a pipeline of delivering 84 units worth £46 million by 2026.
Talbot Homes is 100% owned by Founder and Managing Director, Duncan Vercoe.
Single-point ownership allows for immediate decision making. A team of 10 head office staff oversees the key elements of the day-to-day running of the business.
