You may have noticed a heightened energy in the focus on our people – GWK’s employees who are the driving force behind our company. There’s a very good reason for this. The well-being of the GWK team has a direct impact on the well-being of GWK as a company doing business. It is important to look after the people who are feeding the people. Only then we can shift boundaries.

The GWK People initiative has kicked off a few months ago, and is a strategy that is continuously worked on, improved and adapted. It includes all aspects that are important to our people and is led by our Human Resources (HR) and Marketing and Communication teams.

This drive was responsible for several improvements in people-related issues over the past couple of months to create a workforce and company characterised by certain things.

Just in this edition of Rocketeer you can see how engaged our teams are, taking part in competitions and showing their spirit. It is important to maintain this positivity and we’ll always have our employees’ back.
