¿Qué es un ITIN? Un Número de Identificación Personal del Contribuyente (ITIN), es un número tributario procesador otorgado por el Servicio de Impuestos Internos (IRS). Es un número de nueve dígitos que siempre empieza con el número 9 e incluye los números 70-88 como el cuarto y quinto dígito. A partir del 12 de abril de 2011, se ampliaron los números posibles para el cuarto y quinto dígito para incluir del 900-70-0000 al 999-88-9999, 900-90-0000 al 999-92-9999 y 900-940000 al 999-99-9999. El IRS otorga los ITIN a individuos quienes requieren un nú-
mero de identificación para fines tributarios en los Estados Unidos pero no tienen ni son elegibles para obtener un Número de Seguro Social (SSN) de la Administración del Seguro Social (SSA). Los ITIN se emiten sin importar el estado migratorio porque tanto residentes como extranjeros pudieran tener obligaciones tributarias de presentar declaraciones y pagos de impuestos de acuerdo al Código Tributario del IRS. Para recibir un ITIN, individuos tienen que tener el requisito y presentar una declaración federal de impuestos válida, a menos que reúnan alguna excepción.
¿Para qué se usa el ITIN? Los ITIN son para reportes tributarios solamente, y no pretenden servir ningún otro propósito. El IRS otorga los ITIN con el fin de ayudar a individuos cumplir con las leyes tributarias de los Estados Unidos, y para proveer una manera eficaz de procesar y contabilizar declaraciones y pagos de los que no son elegibles para Números de Seguro Social. Un ITIN no concede el derecho a trabajar en los Estados Unidos ni concede al poseedor beneficios del Seguro Social ni el Crédito Por Ingreso del Trabajo (EITC). A2

e acuerdo con la embajada de Estados Unidos, la Visa B1 esta diseñada para viajes de negocios temporales, incluye viajes para la negociación de contratos, asisitir a exhibiciones y conferencias, entrenamientos cortos, consultas con proveedores y clientes. La visa B2 esta diseñada para actividades turísticas, tales como compras y turismo, visitar amigos y parientes, obtener tratamientos médicos.
Recuerda que la visa es requerida para la entrada por aire, mar o fronteras terrestres de Estados Unidos. Pero ¿qué suerte tuvo este tipo de visa, una de las más solicitadas, en cuanto a su precio este año? Este 2017, cuando el precio del dólar se cotiza en 21.60 pesos, el costo de la visa de turista asciende a los 3,394 pesos.

hat can we draw from the observation of the Trump victory that concerns so many? The general initial observation is the compelling circumstance where half the voters are convinced we need to free ourselves from the spiraling downward trend of our nation. Consciously or not, we are freeing ourselves from a Obama inspired defeatist attitude which has for the past 8 years mired our nation in a delusional belief we were gaining ground. We have broken away from the older form of status quo without yet having found a new form of Americanism which encompasses all the freedoms we once cherished, all the liberties we have had and the America first attitude we had enjoyed for over two hundred forty years. As a nation, free from the dual deceiving fronts Obama intentionally created, we can now focus on progress into the 21st century. Observing the democrat drooling over the Obama political landscape, few Americans were ever willing to acknowledge the United States was daily appeasing our enemies, including Cuba, while totally compromising our allies. Our only ally in the Middle East, Israel, had to suffer the humility of the Obama administration giving the Iranians $150 BILLION in plane load pallets of cash just weeks before he left office. Following up with a bonus, the Obama administration gave the warring Palestinians $221 MILLION on his last day in office, taxpayers money Palestinians use to fund the families of terrorists who blow themselves up in the name of Jihad. Where were the protesting democrats? It is difficult to believe democrats have now lined up with Mohammed, chucked their Christian beliefs and now support existing anti-women religious beliefs. Where have these groups been in the last eight years? Are we to believe it is Trump who ushered in the philosophical belief women are inferior? Trump is insistent on wiping ISIS off the face of the earth. The major offenders and active participants in anti-women subjugation, humiliation, death and sexual domination. In this weeks protests, a million women extolled their anger, voiced their concerns and declared the solution is invalidating and
getting rid of the only international leader (Trump) who has made it his personal goal to wipe “ISIS off the face of the earth”. With Obama essentially having funded terrorist nations with malicious intents and the democrat party wanting Obama back or his philosophical clone Hillary in the leadership position, we as a nation must examine our mental capacity. Trump will never be allowed to do what we, half of the electorate instinctively know must be done. Trump will be blocked at every turn, mired in legalities and moving forward will be as tenacious as a sludge through thick mud. When you question who are the voters who supposedly gave Hillary more votes than Trump, the general consensus is there are no facts these 3 million votes came from the undocumented. As a journalist, I was fortunate to have been able to travel extensively into pockets of Latino voter areas in the United States. I traveled to Florida, New York, Texas, California, southern states, and many states in between. I personally interviewed off the record, thousands of Latino voters. I was taking mental notes. In Florida in particular, every Haitian I interviewed, hundreds, were recent arrivals who had recent assistance from the Clinton Foundation in Haiti and were wired for Hillary. When I inquired how could they vote without documentation, they laughed,”same as we can work without documentation”. Unbeknownst to me, false documentation is a “business” in Florida. You can have multiple I.D.s if you are willing to pay for them.The Voter’s Section Federal Rules were blocked by the Obama administration, blocking the “cleaning” of the voting roles. This is a fact! Dead people remain on the voter roles which are unscrupulously reused. Without I.D. Requirements, national organizations organize busloads of illegitimate voters registered in multiple states and then bus them from state to state to cast a multiplicity of illegal votes. Three million votes are very feasible for well funded, dedicated anti-conservative factions. In New York it was a disconcerting, differing problem. Hundreds of Latinos, including many who worked for Trump, some for over 10-15 years at Trump Tower were going to vote for Hillary. Why?? “Because she is going to help us”. Where does such ignorance manifest?
