El problema de la falta de información precisa sobre estas obligaciones es que hay muchos errores en los informes de crédito que se han de identificar y luego disputar por parte de los afectados, algo que encarece mucho los costos de las deudas de estas personas cuya identidad no está clara. Bajo la Ley de cuidado de salud accesible (ACA), vigente durante 2016 y aún válida hasta la fecha, todas las personas que viven en EEUU, sean o no ciudadanos, deben tener cobertura médica (minimum essential coverage). Existen ciertas excepciones a dicha regla. Para
determinar si un individuo clasifica para una excepción, puedes visitar irs. gov y completar la aplicación Interactive Tax Assistant o ITA. Algunas de las excepciones para no pagar por seguro médico incluyen: • Falta de opciones de cobertura de salud, debido a que el pago mínimo de las opciones existentes es más del 8% del ingreso del hogar. • Falta de cobertura médica por menos de tres meses consecutivos • Eres parte de un grupo explícitamente excepto de los requisitos de la ley de
salud, como por ejemplo, si eres miembro de una tribu indígena reconocida federalmente, o si tu religión te impide hacerlo. For conservatives, it is unthinkable and ludicrous for American citizens to continue funding abortion and even more despicable is the after delivery acceptance, in certain states, of euthanizing the child within a prescribed period of time “after” the birth. As if to take a look at the new born creation and decide if it is a keeper. Conservatives are attempting to stop any government funded organization who engages in abortion such as Planned Parenthood, through defunding. Planned Parenthood contracts out the abortion process to claim innocence. Shumer and Pelosi along with their congressional supporters are determined to stop Republican attempts to interfere with abortion funding by shutting down the government. Abortion is a pet project for Democrats. Using the sensitive issue to shut down government means holding the nation for ransom, blocking federal resources for even the most sensitive needs such as the military, national security and social security. As a supposed moral Christian nation, it is questionable as to how much we have progressed. Barefoot, cruddy, encrusted feet ISIS fighters are criticized because they kill babies who are not Muslim. Many by stomping on them. In reality, are we any better? We kill babies with forceps or simply allow them to suffer oxygen deprivation not because of their religion but due to the expressed attitude of contrived freedoms, “I want to”, religious teachings be damned.
Politicians are currently engaged in the incredulous debate of governments spying on its own people. Historically we know, any individual or government agency given the means and opportunity to tap into rivals, political opposition or enemies, WILL!! It is Incredulous and doubtful Democrat politicians would ever violate such Party sanctity. Despite the fact Republicans hold the majority in the House and Senate, it means nothing. It seems they have adapted to being led by the aggressive tactics of the far left. Republicans talk a good game but are oblivious as to how it is actually played. Republicans became the congressional majority because the electorate is demanding a more conservative approach to government. Yes men RINO Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham are always the first to lead the anti- Trump parade. This is due to a disguised ignorance, and will someday reflect on the fact left leaning Republicans are being used. The conservative electorate needs to speak up. Otherwise we will lose the only opportunity Trump has generated to accomplish his commitments to make America Great Again.
