Light as an important medium of nature influences living organisms, their life cycles, and morphology. At the same time, light is an important medium in architecture and photography. Photography is capturing architecture, space for people, in motionless moment due to light influence. What do architecture and nature have in common? Or what might be possible overlaps between these two fields? This emotional document shows nature’s impact on architectural processes over the decades and via selected examples, developing a young architectural field called Bionic Architecture and how important it is to change our design thinking. So, what we can learn from nature?
