Starting May first, SCCU will be implementing a new Dress and apperance policy. All employees (including WFH) will recieve $500 credit to Lands End to purchase new SCCU clothes with the SCCU logo on it. All employees will have to dress within “uniform” guidelines whether they are a member facing employee or if they work from home. The executive team decided this would bring unity among employees and a streamlined visual experience for our loyal members. The Lands End store front will include the items on the next page. In addition to the new uniform - tattoos, piercings, hair longer than an inch and a half, and painted nails are prohibited for ALL employees. So by May 1, all employees are expected to cut their hair, remove piercing, and go throught the process of laser tattoo removal, even if the tattoos are not visible with the uniform.
