Marketing Campaign Its 90° and the last Saturday in June. You’re planted in front of a fan, you have a Hamms in hand and bought yourself a mister bottle to keep you cool. You’re sitting there, artificial wind on your face, day-dreaming about being out on a lake with on your friends new pontoon....but none of your friends have a pontoon :/ ...be that friend, Be THE FRIEND with a pontoon! Make your dreams and your friends summer dreams come true! That’s the entire idea of this campaign. It’s your time to shine with a new toy or a car with all the cool perks. You don’t have to sit around and wait for your friends to be the ones making these purchases, it can be YOU! You can be the friend they turn down other plans for, the friend that gets texts all the time about hanging out. No they aren’t using you for your new vehicle, their building a deeper friendship with you. (Even if they are using you a little, who cares?! you just got the vehicle of your dreams!)

2023 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

It is everyone’s favorite time of year! Yep, that’s right! Annual performance review time! The first step in the performance review process is for Team Members to complete a self-evaluation Team Member = Everyone). To complete the self-evaluation in ADP please navigate to the “Myself” > “Talent” > “Performance Dashboard” > “Annual Review February 08 2023”. Once you click on the review you just need to answer the rating questions. You can add comments to the review as well but that is optional (however highly recommended). REMINDER! All Team Members will need to complete a selfevaluation. After you complete your self-evaluation, your direct supervisor will login to ADP and navigate to “My Team” > “Talent” > “Performance Dashboard” > “Annual Review February 08 2023” and complete their review. Supervisors, you will be able to see your Team Members’ answers to their self-evaluation when you complete your evaluation. Once both the Team Member and the Supervisor complete the review the Supervisor will schedule some time with the Team Member to discuss the review. After your meeting discussing the evaluations, the annual review will be released to the team member for acknowledgement. Below is the timeline for the 2024 Annual Review process. To ensure we can finish this process in time to add annual compensation increases please make sure you are completing your reviews in a timely manner. The sooner you have the self-evaluations and supervisor evaluations completed the more time you will have to schedule your one-on-one meetings. Just to note: Supervisors do not submit the review until your team member has submitted their self-evaluation.
