The moderator, Rev. James K. Noble, III, having declared a quorum of the church present called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. The Congregational Meeting, held in the Sanctuary and was opened with prayer by Rev. James K. Noble, III.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this meeting was for the election of church officers. Rolene Dinsdale, Chair of the Nominating Committee, presented the following in nomination for elder: Tonya Jones Heather Everett
Elder for Outreach Elder for Mission
Class of 2024 Class of 2022
Nominations were called for from the floor. Hearing none, the following motion was made: It was moved, seconded, and carried to elect Tonya Jones and Heather Everett as elder. Rolene Dinsdale, Chair of the Nominating Committee, presented the following in nomination for deacon: Su Fong Min Damm Jim Shields

Nominations were called for from the floor. Hearing none, the following motion was made: It was moved, seconded, and carried to elect Su Fong, Min Damm and Jim Shields as deacon.

It was moved, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned. The meeting was adjourned with prayer by Rev. James K. Noble, III at 10:40 AM.
