Adopt A Family Program and helped to brighten 450 of the Foothills Food Bank clients and their families totaling 1,185 individuals. Due to the pending completion of the Marketing & Strategy Committee report, the goal to create videos explaining the church to potential visitors was postponed. Due to the pending completion of the Marketing & Strategy Committee report, the goal to coordinate with the Director of
Family and Student Ministries regarding updating the signage was postponed. Created new name badges for all new members and new name badges for members and regular attendees as requested. Contacted several church members with hopes of recruiting more members for the committee. Utilized the Time and
Talents survey to recruit new members. Greeted and reached out to our guests attending church, encouraged activity on the patio, and provided guest bags. 2022 GOALS Recruit two to three additional members to our committee to expand our committee’s goals and projects for the church and community. Expand our First Responder and “Adopt A
Family” Evangelism Outreach Programs. Review the Marketing and Strategy report and develop an action plan for implementation for expanding Outreach Evangelism efforts in our church and community. Respectfully submitted, Tonya S. Jones Outreach Elder
Elder: John Thurston Staff Liaison: Pastor Jim Noble Members: Sue Beastal, Vicky Parker, Mike Popovich MISSION STATEMENT To represent the Church Staff and the needs of the Church in all personnel related matters ensuring that we adhere to current industry regulations, governmental regulations, and EPC procedures. To do this we will examine files and systems for necessary improvement and look at Personnel Record keeping. 2021 GOALS To vigorously examine key Church personnel related documents and bring them up to date with current needs and requirements. To successfully complete an effective staff annual evaluation program, and to prepare a comprehensive Child Safety Program document. 2021 ACCOMPLISHMENTS In Spring we published a complete rewrite of the
Employee Handbook (24 pages). In Summer we completed the Church’s first complete Child Protection Manual (22 pages). In November we initiated the Staff Evaluation
Process which was completed by December 31. 2022 GOALS Comprehensive review of the Staff Evaluation
Process and of the Personnel Files system including the Church’s electronic personnel records. Orchestrate necessary advertising and employment processes for additions to the Church
