MINUTES CONGREGATIONAL MEETING DESERT HILLS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH 34605 N. Tom Darlington Road Scottsdale, AZ 85266

April 18, 2021

QUORUM PRESENT The moderator, Rev. James K. Noble, III, having declared a quorum of the church AND OPENED WITH present called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. The Congregational Meeting, PRAYER held in the Sanctuary and was opened with prayer by Rev. James K. Noble, III.

PURPOSE The purpose of this meeting was for the election of church officers. Rolene Dinsdale, Chair of the Nominating Committee, presented the following in nomination for elder:

Tonya Jones

Elder for Outreach Heather Everett Elder for Mission Class of 2024 Class of 2022

Nominations were called for from the floor. Hearing none, the following motion was made:

It was moved, seconded, and carried to elect Tonya Jones and Heather Everett as elder.

Rolene Dinsdale, Chair of the Nominating Committee, presented the following in nomination for deacon:

Su Fong Min Damm Jim Shields Equipping Deacon Service Deacon

Class of 2024 Class of 2024 Administrative Deacon Class of 2024

Nominations were called for from the floor. Hearing none, the following motion was made:

It was moved, seconded, and carried to elect Su Fong, Min Damm and Jim Shields as deacon.

ADJOURNED It was moved, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned. The meeting was adjourned with prayer by Rev. James K. Noble, III at 10:40 AM.
