About the Clear Creek-Amana Jazz Ensemble:

The Clear Creek Amana Jazz Ensemble is one of 4 instrumental groups at Clear Creek Amana High School. The Jazz Ensemble participates in many festivals around the area and have been invited to participate in the Iowa Jazz Championships several times over the past 12 years.

About Luke Sanders:

Luke Sanders currently serves on staff as the guitar instructor at Luther College and Wartburg College. A native of Ankeny, Iowa, he has his Bachelors from Coe College, and Masters from UNI. He taught band at Waterloo West after his undergrad. Luke has performed with Orchestra Iowa, and in his own original indie-prog group, Duchess. He is also a member of KCCK’s Jazz Band Camp Faculty.

"Rejoice" is a Luke Sanders original, composed in tribute to a friend and mentor of Luke's on the UNI Faculty.
