Read and listen to the PowerPoint presentation about session 2 and answer the following questions after that.
Have another look at the goals that you set for yourself last week.
1. Make a list with matters in which you feel involved. 2. Make a list with matters where you actually have influence. 3. Do you recognise yourself in the drama triangle? If yes, how? 4. How can you increase the list with influence? 5. What are you willing to do for that? 6. What restrictive belief will you have to let go in order to achieve it? 7. Make an action plan to get more influence. 8. Who can help you during the making or executing of that plan? 9. Plan actions and meetings (write it in your agenda). The more concrete, the better.
1. How concrete did you set these goals? 2. What do you need to accomplish these goals? 3. Why do you have this goal? What value will be fulfilled with it? 4. How efficient are you at what you are doing now? 5. If you are experiencing a lack of time; what can you eliminate? 6. What will you choose? 7. What is coming up in your agenda? 8. Are you excited for that? 9. If not, what makes that you are not excited? 10. Make a ‘to-do list’ this week. Choose three focus points that are achievable. 11. What must change in your mindset to realise the thing that you want?
If your goal is inner peace; check what you can do today to find your peace If your goal is: ‘quiet at home’, and it is necessary that your house is cleaned. Then begin by tangibly cleaning out one drawer in the cabinet.
