Do you have complaints right now, or things you would like to get rid of? 2. What have done until now to get rid of your complaints? 3. If you had a lamp from Aladdin and you could make three wishes: 4. What would you wish for? 5. What is in the way between you and your dreams? 6. What is stopping you to do what you want to do? 7. Are there painful circumstances in your life? What is hard for you right now? 8. What are you trying to avoid? What would you rather not think and feel? 9. Are there certain thoughts and feeling that bother you often? 10. How do you cope with them? 11. What is the effect of that? Short-term and long-term advantages and disadvantages of that approach 12. What things do you believe should be? (e.g. norms and values) 13. What do you tell yourself you have to do? 14. What has been passed on to you? 15. Do you have control over your thinking? How do you exercise control over it? 16. What happens when you try really hard to not think about it?
