Implementasi aturan green living bagi masyarakat HK telah berdampak positif. Masyarakat HK menjadi memiliki kebiasaan baru yang ramah lingkungan dan ini berdampak pada turunnya sampah yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan. Penggunaan plastik pun berkurang dan masyarakat HK pun menjadi terbiasa melakukan inventarisasi secara digital untuk dokumentasi demi pengurangan penggunaan kertas. Kesadaran akan perilaku ramah lingkungan yang berpadu dengan konsep green building pada fisik HK Tower telah menciptakan trend baru bagi budaya perusahaan yang diharapkan akan selalu konsisten dijalankan dan semakin diperdalam, diperbanyak implementasinya di masa depan sebagai inovasi berkesinambungan dari HK bagi Bumi tercinta.

Habits arise from the subconscious but it is also possible to design. Habits often arise in our behavior without our permission but we do have the ability to change it. Habits shape our lives, often without us realizing it. It is so strong that these habits keep our brains dependent on them to operate, and often times overlooking the common sense factor.”
The earth is a fine place and worth fighting for by these rules into green living lifestyles, for example: rules for turning off electricity and AC when resting; water conservation; waste management at the source (waste sorting according to the category of organic, inorganic, and hazardous waste); the use of tumblers for HK employees intending to cut down the use of plastic; prioritizing paperless, and the prohibition of smoking in office areas. Water conservation systems such as water reuse (grey water reuse) are also implemented for the needs of flushing, fire hydrants and eco plumbing.
Regarding the physical aspect of the building, there are two green building concepts that are applied at the HK Tower namely the solar panels on the roof that are designed to cover the electrical energy to save the electricity costs of the building and also serves to reduce emissions and fuel of the company. Technology as an environmentally friendly plumbing equipment in the HK Tower. This technology was created to optimize power and performance in controlling the water supplies for the flushing systems, faucets and so on to support water conservation. The implementation of the green living rules has had a positive impact on the HK community. The HK community has adopted a new environmentally friendly habit and this encourages the reduction of waste produced by the company. The use of plastics has decreased and the HK community has become accustomed to the use of digital inventories for documentation to reduce paper usage. This environmental awareness combined with the concept of green building on the physical aspect of the HK Tower has created a new trend for the corporate culture which is expected to be consistently carried out and increasingly deepened, its implementation can be expanded in the future as a continuous innovation from HK for our beloved Earth.

If green building is the physical form / body, then green living that is implemented in the HK management staff is the soul, in the concept of green building. The rules applied by the HK management for all the employees in the HK Tower, slowly but surely have formed a new environmentally friendly habit. HK employees both individually and collectively are becoming more aware of their role in preserving the environment through changing their daily habits in the office.
