Maintaining Healthy Habitats - CP / Grade 1

After inquiring into the characteristics of different species’ habitats and understanding their responsibility in maintaining healthy habitats for animals and plants, and as part of their unit of inquiry “Sharing the planet”, CP and Grade 1 students in Ras Beirut and Ain Aar decided to take action. From the creation of bugs’ hotels to supporting the Association for the Protection of Jabal Moussa, join the CP and Grade 1 learners through this video to discover their journey in maintaining healthy habitats.
An Upcycled Giant Turtle - CE1/ Grade 2
As part of their unit of inquiry “How do we express ourselves”, CE1 and Grade 2 students used recyclable materials to express their creativity. Join them, through this video, in their adventure to build the biggest turtle in the world out of plastic bottles and caps, in collaboration with the upcycling artist and environmental activist Caroline Chaptini. This initiative aimed at raising awareness on both the importance of waste upcycling and of conserving the sea turtles in Lebanon.
