Alton Reynolds - Badminton
For this the first year, the Athletic Department has added the badminton discipline to its annual Alton Reynolds Tournaments in single and doubles meet. 4 schools other than IC have joined this 2-days meet in JV and Varsity Men and Women
IC won first place overall in the JV & Varsity Men and Women categories. Alton Reynolds was held prior to the NESAC Badminton hosting in order to give the athletes a competitive platform to get prepared.
NESAC Track & Field
Our track and field team had the chance to participate in the NESAC Track Meet in Doha, Qatar in which they came back with the Sportsmanship Award.
NESAC Badminton
It was an honor to host the NESAC Badminton tournament for Season 3.
Teams from Lebanon and GCC competed in a 3-days event with singles, doubles, and mixed meets at the Tayeb Gymnasium. We added a mixed exhibition meet in which players had to pick a teammate from a different school and category to compete in mixed matches.
Special thanks to our staff and athletics team at IC for their support in hosting this meet and in ensuring a wonderful and memorable experience to all participants.
