STUDENT COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The Office of Student Community Standards (OSCS) promotes the rights, well-being, and safety of community members at Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber. OSCS takes a developmental and restorative approach to managing incidents, focusing on learners’ behaviour and the impact/harm to themselves, others, and the institution.

Faculty can contact OSCS by email to report an incident (OSCS@humber.ca). Include the name(s) and ID number(s) of the student(s), a brief description of the incident including the date and location, a description of the concerning behaviour(s), any previous efforts made to respond to/manage the behaviour, and the desired outcome.

Students can also contact OSCS on their own, without a faculty referral.
