Clifton Strengths Assessment: Explores paired statements to help learners define their top 5 talent themes for further exploration and development. The goal is to help learners focus on their natural talents to maximize their potential

Leadership Certificate: Learners have an opportunity to participate in a Leadership Certificate workshop series which aims to explore topics such as Group Leadership, Understanding Conflict, Anti-Black Racism, Sustainability, Goal Setting and Mindfulness and more

Leadership Initiative Fund: The Leadership Initiative Fund (LIF) is a new program for learners to learn, lead, and create their own event or initiative on campus If there is an event or initiative learners want to see on campus that isn't happening, or they have a cool idea for a workshop or activity they want to organize, learners can pitch their idea, and Leadership Programs can help make that happen

Orientation

The Orientation team seeks to provide new learners with an opportunity to experience and learn more about the various services that exist within Student Success and Engagement. Our goal is to enlighten learners on supports that aid in academic, wellness, personal, and physical support at Humber.

Meet Your Faculty Sessions: Learners are invited to these sessions where they receive academic insight from faculty members on how to be successful in their program of study

Orientation Programming: Offered at the start of the Fall and Winter terms, Orientation offers fun and interactive sessions where learners can participate in services fairs, campus tours, interactive sessions, equity hub collaborative orientations, and pre-arrival sessions.
