streak which launched them into the playoffs and saw them become the first team to win a basketball playoff game since the 2004-05 season. Bryan is not the basketball coach and doesn’t take credit for their success but did see the importance of a culture change at that moment within the boys’ athletic program. The varsity baseball team then also clinched a playoff spot for the first

time in four years. The impact was immediate, and it wasn’t through new coaches or new players. It was just a new message from one man. One of Bryan’s first goals was to find all the possible players he could get to come out for football. He noticed that one of the best players from the 2021 season was not in school. He made an effort to track down Bryce Crosby and try and get him back in the athletics program. Crosby did return and him
