Dirty cops of truth: Democrats claim monopoly Major election forecaster gives on honesty while ignoring own mistruths Republicans 10-point edge in From Social Security and border to Hunter Biden and gas prices, Biden and his party have routinely misled the public while claiming the high ground of truth.

Elon Musk is creating a Twitter purge of employees. Reports indicate Musk wants to eliminate up to 50% of the social media’s workforce. A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Musk and Twitter, meanwhile, with a suit in California court claiming that Twitter did not give its fired employees sufficient notice before their termination. ***** Democratic leaders held secret meeting to discuss Pelosi's successor. Pelosi is running for reelection to her congressional seat, though a Republican victory in the midterms would remove her as speaker. Those interested in taking her place are Adam Schiff and Hakeem Jeffries. Should Jeffries take over the Democratic leadership, he would be the first minority lawmaker in the lower chamber to do so. ***** Could Donald Trump become Speaker of the House? There is nothing that states the Speaker of the House has to be a member of Congress. Therefore, it is plausible that the 45th President of the United States could be selected for that position. That would be an interesting scenario for Trump to become third in line for the presidency behind Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. There is already impeachment talks of Biden. ***** Registration for military ballots is not required in Wisconsin. A fictitious name and birthdate is all that is required to obtain a military ballot online. Kimberly Zapata, deputy director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, was fired after she requested that three absentee military ballots be sent to the home of a State Representative.

By John Solomon In his fire and brimstone speech last week warning democracy was on the edge of the abyss, President Joe Biden suggested Democrats have a monopoly on truth while Republicans are liars. Biden slammed rival Donald Trump for the "big lie" questioning election integrity and proclaimed it "fueled the dangerous rise in political violence and voter intimidation." "In this moment, we have to confront those lies with the truth," the 46th president added. "The very future of our nation depends on it." There's just one problem: Democrats have foisted upon this nation their own litany of lies, including one that polls show swayed the 2020 election to Biden's favor. Biden himself falsely proclaimed he had nothing to do with his son Hunter's business dealings and his son had done nothing wrong while Democrat allies falsely branded a laptop that disproved those falsehoods as "disinformation." In fact, the laptop was real, Joe Biden met with several of his son's business associates, was offered a key to one of his son's offices, and was listed as the "big guy" for whom 10% of a China deal was potentially to be reserved. And Hunter Biden has now admitted he failed to

pay taxes and is under criminal investigation, reportedly paying off his back taxes earlier this year, while his own emails show he had been warned as far back as 2016 that he was a scofflaw on taxes related to his Ukrainian payments from Burisma Holdings. Polls show Americans might have voted differently had they been told the truth in 2020. In other words, the Democrats have their own version of a "big lie" from the last election to answer for. The falsehoods have only accelerated since Biden's inauguration. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas routinely and falsely declares the U.S. southern border is secure, a proclamation debunked by the fiscal 2022 yearend statistics showing 2.4 million illegal migrants were encountered crossing the border, 600,000 more got away, 98 migrants with suspected terrorist ties crossed into America, and about 850 migrants died trying to get in. The record is so egregious that Mayorkas' own Border Patrol chief declared there was a crisis because there are "no consequences" for illegally penetrating the border. Mayorkas' truthfulness has been further called into question recently by revelations showing that hours before he held a news conference furthering the false narrative that border patrol agents had been whipping illegal migrants he was warned the narrative wasn't true. His own de-

partment's inspector general has also concluded that no such whipping occurred and agents acted according to their training and rules of engagement. An Obama-appointed judge in September delivered another truth bomb to Biden and the Democrats, who spent much of 2021 claiming Georgia's new voter ID and citizenship checks were "Jim Crow 2.0" racist and would suppress votes, creating enough of a racket even to force Major League Baseball to move its All-Star game from Atlanta. U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones debunked that, ruling that Georgia's election integrity practices requiring voter ID and citizenship checks were constitutional, compliant with the Voting Rights Act and not racially discriminatory. Voter turnout in Georgia is soaring these midterms, further putting the lie to the Democrat narrative. Bobby Charles, a longtime congressional investigator and official in the George W. Bush administration, said he believes truthfulness is on the ballot this fall because voters are tired of the Biden administration claiming it is truthful when it obviously is not, citing the Afghan withdrawal as an example.

winning control of Senate

GOP "slightly favored" to take upper chamber in next week's midterms.

By Just the News staff A major election forecaster is projecting the Republican party to win control of the U.S. Senate by a comfortable margin, a sign that President Joe Biden's agenda ambitions will likely be considerably frustrated in the second half of his term. FiveThirtyEight projects that the GOP is "slightly favored" to win the Senate, giving Republicans a 55% chance of taking

control of that chamber after next week’s midterms. Those numbers have shifted considerably in recent weeks. As recently as Oct. 15, the forecaster gave Democrats the 55% advantage; by Halloween of this year the two parties were in a dead heat, after which Republicans edged slightly upward. The website also gives Republicans a considerable edge in taking the U.S. House next week, giving the GOP an 84% chance of seizing power in the lower house on Tuesday.

The 45th president also hinted he will make pub-

lic his decision imminently on whether to run in 2024. “We’re winning big in the Republican Party for the nomination like nobody’s ever seen before," Trump said, adding that his supporters “are going to be so happy" very soon. “You're going to be surprised at how soon,” he teased. He also took a strong jab at his nearest rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, as he read off the latest 2024 polling preferences for Republican voters. “There it is, Trump at 71%, Ron DeSanctimonious at 10%," Trump told the crowd. “Mike Pence at seven. Mike is doing better than I thought," he added. "Liz Cheney there’s no way she’s at 4%. There’s no way. There’s no way. But we’re at 71 to 10 to 7 to 4."
